This place deserves minus stars. They are AWFUL!!!!! I have no hot water and I called them to repair the water heater that they installed in 2013 that is supposed to be under warranty. First they didn't diagnose the problem at all so they ended up replacing something that didn't need replacing and charging me and it didn't fix the problem. Then they returned the next day to replace the part that they have now concluded is the problem, assuring me that it would be fixed today. It still isn't fixed and now they say they will be back on Monday to fix it, all the while charging me for work they are guessing is the problem. If you are looking for a plumber I would NOT do business with them unless you are willing to wait a week to have hot water.

Today I had to have my home serviced for a back-up in my toilets. In less than 1 hours time from my calling for service the repair tech came. In less than 1 hour time he had the problem completed resolved and repaired. I have used Roy Neilson Plumbing over the years and will continue to as they provide excellent service at a very fair price.

Every Time we have a plumbing problem they fix it!!! The staff is awesome and friendly, and there's nothing they can't do. Super efficient. They repiped my moms Main too and for a great price.

If I could give them -5 I would. These guys replaced a water heater for me just over a year ago. Paid 2300$, the unit is leaking now and I needed their help getting it back to work. They are ripoff-con artist. They wanted to charge me a 89$ service call on a job they did. That is now failing. The man I spoke to was supremely rude and condescending. Yes, I know squat about plumbing, I chose literature and music over pipes and going under houses. This man was so rude and even said ""I'm not raising my voice, would you like me to raise my voice?"" You don't want me to raise my voice"" this is poor business and very poor skills. I remind my self that we all a purpose in this world, Neanderthals will be whatever will be. I just don't see how a company can run with people who are just not very good with people skills. Called another plumber and would rather pay triple than to give this business entity my money. I'm
Supremely disappointed and very sad that I had to endure this verbal abuse after they took my money on 11/18/13. Total ripoff. You know I always say support the small business, then I remember why small stays small.

These guys installed copper plumbing throughout my house back in 2009 and I was very happy with the results. So it was a no brainer for me when I had a dripping kitchen faucet last week to call on them again. They scheduled a guy to come around the next morning. I didn't like my existing faucet so had decided to replace it with another one while the job was being done. It turned out that it was the connecting pipe between the faucet and the copper in the wall that had gone bad. It was galvanized so there had been a reaction between that metal and the copper in the wall. The plumber managed to get that bad piece out and replaced it with a copper one which won't suffer the same problem. He installed my new faucet and worked out that I owed $145 so I gave him a check and he went on his way. Imagine my surprise when he knocked on the door 10 minutes later and returned my check to me, saying that the boss had said I didn't owe anything because that piece of galvanized was an oversight on their part, they should have picked that up when they installed my copper. So, have confidence that these guys stand behind their work, even years later.

I called and was promised an early appointment two days later (when it was convenient for me). I explained my problem and was given the price for the service. Willie and Leo the plummers arrived at my home just before 9am this morning and my main line was cleared quickly and I paid exactly what was told to me. Having a home built in 1911 I've received service from this company three times over the last ten years. I cannot say enough good things about the friendly staff, and quality workmanship. They all take great pride in making sure you are completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to suggest you call them first if you need service. I dont know where to begin. I had a slab leak 5 days before my escrow was supposed to close and on a Saturday to boot. They sent someone immediately and another person to find the leak. This company doesnt waste time and is EXTREMELY customer oriented. Needless to say that they fixed my leak and did a beautiful job with new copper plumbing. The owner, Jerry is top notch and his staff understands the stress that we, who need them are under. That goes a long way. I spoke to my real estate agent, who told me that he uses them also and loves them. Trust me, these guys are the ONLY way to go

Fo. I know you are related to Roy Neilson Plumbing. Your rating dose not count so stop playing games by giving Roy Neilson a chance to rip off these innocent people. How much did you get paid to do this fake positive rating? You can put tuxedo suet on a goat, but a goat is still a goat. lol Roy Neilson is harebell. They have very high prices and terrible customer service. They are crooks so are you. Nice try.

I called them very early in the morning for a plumbing problem at my parents home. They went over there and took care of the situation promptly. Phil did a wonderful job and was very patient. They made dealing with a long distance calamity much easier than I thought it would be. Thanks guys!

As a previous building manager, I can personally say that Roy Neilson will always be there for you. Wasn't one time my calls went un-returned, though in 99% of the cases, my calls were answered immediately to begin with, yes, even at the horrid hour of 5 in the crack AM, Jerry walked me through shutting the water main off over the phone. Theyre a good company. 4 stars only because of a couple price discrepencies Ive overheard upper management dealing with occasionally. But accountability? 5 stars.
