I called this morning for an urgent service and the operator was responsive and answered my call quickly, I really appreciate that! However, my experience later was not entirely positive. The two technicians arrived an hour late for our appointment and did not apologize for their tardiness. Nevertheless, they seemed friendly and knowledgeable about their work.

To make matters worse, I was surprised by the charges for their services. Their hourly rate was advertised as $130, but even though they only spent 40 minutes on the job, I was charged $235. When I asked about the discrepancy, they explained that they have a minimum working time of one and a half hours. I was like ??????????????, and the remaining $40 was a ""trip fee"" that I was not informed about upfront at all. The complete hidden fee left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I might still need to hire them again in the future if I do need an emergent service, but actually before seeing the final price, I just decided to hire them annually for maintenance, but I definitely would not now. Honestly I really think their business operation method is not smart, as they might get an extra $100 in the short term by hiding hidden fees, but they end up losing long-term customers like me(maybe they don't care at all). The lack of transparency and hidden fees make it difficult to trust them with future projects.

Great service/price and amazing quality of work! I needed to have my shower drain replaced and they came out quickly and replaced everything that needed to be updated. And he left it looking better than before with extra reinforcements at all. Very happy with them and would highly recommend!

After having plumber Jon Rowin back to the house to give an estimate on something after many years of not calling him, I suddenly remembered why I stopped using him!!! He was dishonest with us and pulled a very fast one on us. I will never ever use him again. Beware!!!

Very happy with the service from Rowin Plumbing! Friendly, prompt, and efficient. Jon came out to help troubleshoot & fix a laundry list of issues in our new house and fixed most of them on the spot. Came back a few days later with parts he had to special order to fix a pretty non-standard toilet and some shower fixtures. Showed up when he said he would and was in and out within an hour both times.

No BS, just your friendly neighborhood plumber. It's like having your dad come over to fix things!

I highly recommend Rowin Plumbing to anyone looking for an experienced, honest plumbing service.
They are a family owned business and we're glad to have been referred to them through our neighbors.

So far, we have had them flush out our tankless water heater, and they recently replaced our broken faucet. They went above and beyond by contacting our faucet supplier to see if we could get help with a new faucet(which they did replace!). Who does that? Rowin Plumbing did that.
