Reached out to Matt (by email) based on a neighbor's recommendation when our sprinkler system lost pressure.
He responded quickly and was there the next day with two workers during lunch time. They got the problem diagnosed (cracked pipe) and fixed within the hour and upgraded one of the sprinkler heads while they were at it.
I am a very happy camper to have this problem resolved so quickly and for a reasonable price.

I've had Matt help me on three separate occasions and I've been pleased each time. He installed replacement sprinkler valves for me, repaired a separate drip system and also added a new WiFi sprinkler controller and surveyed all sprinkler heads and made minor repairs. He works as a team with Francisco so together they are quick and efficient. He shows up on time, works hard and is fairly priced. Very happy with his service and I'll call him again when I need help.

Matt responded quickly to a request to fix an irrigation leak in my back yard. He could not do the job right away, but immediately put in a temporary fix to stop the leak so I could turn the water mains back on. When he returned a few days later, he completed the job quickly and efficiently, and at a very reasonable price (I got a 3x larger quote from another vendor for the same job).

After reading numerous kudos on Nextdoor for Matt, I decided to call to get my irrigation fixed. Matt and his team fixed all of the issues and improved my sad effort for the drip system. He pointed out numerous mistakes by the landscaping business who did the original installation 8 years ago and fixed the major issues. We discussed sprinkler head problems and what it would take to make them work better (basically replace Toro with Rainbird which is a better quality). He is not cheap and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Fantastic...could not have asked for nicer and more professional people. I arrived home last night to 3 neighbors outside my house, one took a video, of the water pouring out of a broken pipe. I contacted Rowe Plumbing this morning, Friday August 2 at 7:45 and they gave me a repair time of 1-3 pm. I sent them the video of the leak, and they contacted and told me they moved me up to an earlier time. Three men arrived, and repaired the broken pipe. They advised that it was temporary, that I may need to have the entire pipe replaced for $1800, but I chose to just repair it for now. They had to dig through a flower bed, and they were nice enough to keep the flowers alive and then when they cleaned up, they replanted everything. From the person who answered my call, to the men who arrived, to a thorough explanation of the cost and labor involved, to talking with me about replacing my water heater and getting a quote, I could not have asked for nicer people. Being a single female, it is nice to know that there are honest companies who hire honest folks who do great work. I thank them for arriving so promptly, for the excellent work and the professionalism from start to finish.

Doesn't return calls or respond to customers. Jobs have minimum charges. There appears to be a consistent pattern of bad service to customers. I hired someone else. Business doesn't appear to be important to these guys.

First Class competent service. we've used this contractor for several jobs all done timely and fairly priced. We have a high tech sprinkler controller that's on line with
the Nat'l Weather Service. The settings.are complicated and confusing but Rowe
was able to fine tune the system. Rowe installed sprinkler heads that use less water than ordinary heads and rotate as well. Many jobs,never a problem start to finish.

Initially it seemed like they were great, that they would solve our drainage problems under our deck. But, once they started working on it the guy went on vacation, then could not be reached, then called so say that they didn't remember what town we lived in, then (when we said Sunnyvale) they said that they don't service Sunnyvale. But the job was started and not finished...so now we have water under our home, a non-functioning sump pump and no help from the people who initially offered to help! I sure hope my husband didn't pay them anything yet!! They never did what we needed them to do!

Lesson: clear everything up before starting the job. Now we have to start all over with another plumber, anyone have a suggestion of a good one we can trust?
