We were referred to Matt by a neighbor who had a positive experience with a project. Matt helped us think through options with repairing a leak in our mail water supply line from the curb to the house. And installed a pressure reduction regulator to lower the water pressure in the main line routed to the house and front yard sprinkler valves. Matt also identified a sprinkler valve that was also leaking also causing a waste of water. Matt met at the house to inspect our problem on relative short notice. And after we discussed and confirmed the action plan, Matt and his crew were able to schedule the repair within a few days. The completed work was professionally performed. This review is several months overdue (sorry). We had great experiences working with Matt Rowe and his team last fall, starting in September. They quickly responded to my call regarding failed sprinklers and also managed to solve a problem that had stumped two previous sprinkler specialists. One section of the front lawn had not had sprinkler service for years. Thanks to Matt and his team, they'd fixed the whole thing in half an hour, plus installing two additional sprinklers at the same time. Matt's focus was on doing quality work while keeping costs down. Clear communication and explanations every step of the way. Thus encouraged, we eventually brought him back to install an entirely new irrigation system in our back yard - a mix of above-ground sprinklers and drip systems where needed. He responded quickly and was there the next day with two workers during lunch time. They got the problem diagnosed (cracked pipe) and fixed within the hour and upgraded one of the sprinkler heads while they were at it.

I've had Matt help me on three separate occasions and I've been pleased each time. He installed replacement sprinkler valves for me, repaired a separate drip system and also added a new WiFi sprinkler controller and surveyed all sprinkler heads and made minor repairs. He works as a team with Francisco so together they are quick and efficient. He shows up on time, works hard and is fairly priced. Very happy with his service and I'll call him again when I need help.

Matt responded quickly to a request to fix an irrigation leak in my back yard. He could not do the job right away, but immediately put in a temporary fix to stop the leak so I could turn the water mains back on. When he returned a few days later, he completed the job quickly and efficiently, and at a very reasonable price (I got a 3x larger quote from another vendor for the same job).

After reading numerous kudos on Nextdoor for Matt, I decided to call to get my irrigation fixed. Matt and his team fixed all of the issues and improved my sad effort for the drip system. He pointed out numerous mistakes by the landscaping business who did the original installation 8 years ago and fixed the major issues. We discussed sprinkler head problems and what it would take to make them work better (basically replace Toro with Rainbird which is a better quality). He is not cheap and I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Fantastic...could not have asked for nicer and more professional people. I arrived home last night to 3 neighbors outside my house, one took a video, of the water pouring out of a broken pipe. I contacted Rowe Plumbing this morning, Friday August 2 at 7:45 and they gave me a repair time of 1-3 pm. I sent them the video of the leak, and they contacted and told me they moved me up to an earlier time. Three men arrived, and repaired the broken pipe. They advised that it was temporary, that I may need to have the entire pipe replaced for $1800, but I chose to just repair it for now. They had to dig through a flower bed, and they were nice enough to keep the flowers alive and then when they cleaned up, they replanted everything. From the person who answered my call, to the men who arrived, to a thorough explanation of the cost and labor involved, to talking with me about replacing my water heater and getting a quote, I could not have asked for nicer people. Being a single female, it is nice to know that there are honest companies who hire honest folks who do great work. I thank them for arriving so promptly, for the excellent work and the professionalism from start to finish.
