Imperial installed a natural gas baseboard heater in my kitchen in November 2015. When I called for a cost estimate on the job, one of the co-owners arrived 15 minutes later to review the job. He was very pleasant and professional. I showed him the heater and the location. They were able to schedule the job for nine days later, which was excellent because this time of year is busy for people in the heating business. They arrived promptly when they said they would. They worked steadily until the task was done. It's been nearly a year, and the heater has worked fine. I thought that the price ($196) was reasonable.

Needed a new electric hot water tank. Charles responded with a quote over the phone. It was several days before he could start, but when he did, the job was done within 2 hours. Everything perfect including clean up and removal of the old tank. Surprisingly, Charles sent a text 2 days after the job asking if everything was OK. Would absolutely call them again.
