we were in Rancho Cucamonga. very punctual and very professional. We had a new built home that had issues from time to time and they are our go to Plumber.

We just had route 66 plumbing replace our water heater through our American home shield warranty. Now we have no hot water. Running to the house. No laundry no dishwasher no coffee no showers. Called American home shield there's nothing that they can do until Monday so I asked them if they were going to pay for a hotel room so we can at least get a shower and they said no we have to go back to Route 66 plumbing and have them fix the crappy work. Thank you so much for leaving us without hot water especially when we have company for the weekend. Going to start heading up my friends to see if we could use their shower to at least shower once a day. This is ridiculous.

Route 66 Plumbing was not available when I needed them, so they recommended Frank Moore's Plumbing. Although they did not perform the services, I would still like to give them credit for taking the time to give us a recommendation. We greatly appreciate it!

OK so I tend to be the kind of person that usually writes reviews when service is bad. So when I saw that the greatest plumber (not even exaggerating) in the area did not have any yelp reviews, I knew I had to write one. Especially since I first search yelp for contractors before asking friends and family.

Mike and his wife Ana Delehant rock!! Mike has been a plumber since 1970 and at the same address since 1980. He is licensed and his prices are still faaaar better than most handymen that gave me quotes. I have had Mike complete three jobs and each times his price quote has been the best. Also, he arrives on time, finishes the job, cleans up, and has NEVER added money to the agreed upon price!! This is my favorite part about this man.

One job he replaced the hardware in an old roman tub to a spray system. Every plumber quoted me $450+ because the tub does not have an access panel and in my opinion because they could now see that after our attempt to remove the hardware ourselves, the tub was now leaking!! Mike quoted me $300 because he would need to cut underneath a bathroom sink in order to avoid cutting into the tub. In doing so we both learned that was not possible as there was cement blocking access that way. Mike eventually cut into the tub and although his initial attempt as requested by me added an hour to the job, he never charged me extra!!

The last job he did he changed the pipes in a bathroom from a tub set up to a stand up shower with one control knob. He explained that he would need to return once the tile guy finished so he could attach all of my nice copper hardware. I paid him in full. I called once the tile guy finished and he showed up within the hour. He attached my hardware and again never attempted to charge me more, even for the added time or fuel to get to and from the job.
