in the middle of the afternoon we couldn't get the bathtub/shower to turn off. we called our regular plumber and got a voice mail, which is this company's typical practice. We called Rousseau and A REAL PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE. A miracle!! We told her our problem, she told us two men were nearby and would be there within two hours, which they were. They fixed the problem and everything was fine. But what really appealed to us was the REAL PERSON ( and a nice one at that) ANSWERING THE PHONE. what a great service.

Called today to inquire about getting a toilet flange, toilet and vanity sink installed. They had availability and came over within the hour! Everything was installed quickly and smoothly and I'm so happy I called! Hourly rate was a tad higher than what I'm used to paying but in the end, I think it was worth it.

So my wife and I recently had a remodel in our house. The contractor suggest we needed to have a local pumper to install the plumbing on the new sink. We call Rousseau plumbing to install the new sink. After less then the warranty of the installation we called to let them know that the sink was loose. I called and spoke to a someone name Carolyn from their office to let them know about the problem. She states it is under the warranty and was going to send the person who install the sink would visit the house. The installer nick comes to the house and charges my wife money for their wrong install. We called the sink maker before they visited and show them photos of the install they reply that whoever install the sink did it wrong. I own a business in the hamden / north haven area and I feel you took advantage of a women who just paid the money and didn't complain. You made have made double money however your practices are shady. I really hope the $85.00 to tighten a nut you should properly install correctly the first time was worth it. Best of luck doing these shady practices to local people.

I've had Rousseau plumbing out to fix a toilet and to do some other repairs, the work is good the prices fair, I've recommended them further for a job my parents needed done and that went well too. It's hard to find someone who calls you back and who does the job right. These guys do. They book fast because they are good so getting an appointment one of the times forced me to look elsewhere but still highly recommend.

We were in a bind this morning and we called Rousseau. We are renting out our house to a friend's parents while they await the arrival of their grand baby and our toilets needed to be replaced. We had a plumber lined up but he never showed! Rousseau came to the rescue at the last minute and their technician was great. He was professional, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. He was walking out as the renters were pulling up the driveway. Talk about a life saver! I will definitely use them for any future plumbing projects!! Thanks!

After attempting to fix a leak we had in our kitchen sink, I realized that I should call a pro. I gave them a call and Jarrett was out here the very next morning. He was great. Not only did he repair the leak, he also installed a disposal! Communicative, professional and timely. We highly recommend Rousseau!!

I highly recommend Rousseau Plumbing. Had a problem with our shower head squirting water all over and Rousseau came out on a Monday. I called on Saturday evening so I was impressed. Turned out to be a fairly simple fix (not that I could do it!) and the guys were very nice and explained everything perfectly. I will always call Rousseau if I need work done quickly and efficiently.

I found Rousseau Plumbing via a local facebook group and was very happy with the service, pricing, and speed of getting an appointment that took place. I called on a Saturday for a non-emergency appointment the middle of the following week and an incredibly friendly woman got me all set up even though they were not technically open. The owner even responded directly to my message via facebook within a day! If that wasn't proof enough of their work ethic and quality of service, the guy who came to help set up my kitchen sink plumbing was great. Professional, helpful and instructive, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
