I had a hot water line leak in my water heater closet wall over the weekend. I called Rourk plumbing Monday Morning and they answered the phone right away and have me an appointment window - I went home to make sure GWU's have access to the wall and they called me to let me know they were otw earlier than expected. Both young men were courteous and professional; they found the leak and had it repaired in about 2 hours including cutting a hole in the wall and removing a few bricks (after asking my permission) and running about to get the parts the needed. They showed me the piece of leaking pipe and explained what caused it - they were outstanding! I haven't had to call a plumber ever but I will definitely call Rourk again should I need one. Nuff Said.

Rourk plumbing was recommended to me, so I called them for a hot water heater replacement, complete install of bathroom fixtures, and a closet flange install. I called twice, on different days, and left my name and phone number on their voicemail each time. I received no response to my calls, despite allowing them extra time to respond over the holiday. I called Amerson Plumbing this morning, and had the owner at my house within 20 minutes! He made some measurements to estimate the work needed and had a crew on-sight working within the hour. If you want a plumber who will actually call you back, I highly recommend Amerson Plumbing. They were affordable, the service was top-notch, and you can't beat their response time!

Canceling a scheduled appointment because you didn't receive a call back during your business hour. People are at work longer than you are. I don't have the privilege to have my phone in the office with me or take a lunch break so how can I call back while you're at work. Also you call me after my scheduled appointment so ‍ Maybe open your business hours longer or don't schedule appointments before u can call someone and let them know ur not coming
