I came back from a vacation to find a pipe had burst under my home. After trying numerous plumbers in Hermiston, all of whom claimed to be able to help in an emergency and none of whom even returned my numerous calls, I turned to Round-Up. They responded very quickly and did a fantastic job. As a single female homeowner, it is such a relief to have a fair and reliable resource. I wish they were general contractors, so I could hire them for more jobs!

Jerry was polite and professional. However, I find the companies billing practice suspect.
Billing was based on $110/ hour which I assume is a Journeyman's rate, however Jerry does not yet have his card. Additionally we were charged for a flat 4 hours which I suspect includes probably a half hour or more of leeway, which in two 4 hour billing periods (1 day) would generate an extra $110 or $550 per week of excess billing. I don't know for sure that this happened but did express my concerns to the office manager and requested a call back from one of the owners, which to this date has been ignored.
In terms of the quality of the work I would use them again, however I now know the exact travel time to our home and I would clock the exact amount of job time and closely examine their invoice before payment is made.
I think that when people charge $100+/hour they feel a bit entitled and being a bit loose with time keeping is part of their service.

Called and asked for someone to come out and give us a FREE estimate on a project that needed to be done to our home. I confirmed with the person on the phone AND the plumber Chris that was there that there was no need to pay because it was a FREE ESTIMATE. We decided to do the project ourselves because it was going to be cheaper and a month or so later we get a bill saying that we owe x amount of dollars for services. I didn't ask for them to perform a service on our house I asked for an estimate. Talking on the phone trying to get an explanation, they say that they only give free estimates to projects such as remodels or new constructions. Why wasn't I notified of this when I called for them to come out for a free estimate on the project I needed done? Very misleading and disappointed that I even called and asked for them to come look at our house.

I can't compliment this plumbing service enough. In a time of personal crisis the lady answering the phone was kind and helpful. The plumbers were able to squeeze us in quickly and were professional and efficient. They are ""our"" plumbers from now on. I highly recommend these guys!!

Professional and came out to do the job that they said they were going to do the reason why they get one star is because I told them I wanted to make payments on the work they said OK they'd send me out and in voice and if they had to do that it would be an extra $25 low and behold I was put in collections! Bastards

We had been using their services for years and were loyal customers. Then, when I called about the charges on a large job because they didn't make sense they treated me like garbage and answered all of my questions with questions. They were accusatory and all I wanted was an explanation of charges. Do not use them!

Came and actually fixed the issues we had last year after two other plumbers in town "" fixed "" the problem. Round up city plumbing follows through and replaces the part the first time instead of patching it. The replacement parts cost us less than 5.00 and did not cost us more money. We wish we called them the first time!
