We called them for help around Christmas time to fix a clogged slow drain in our waste line that runs to the septic tank. The guy comes the next day. He works for about 2 hours and cannot get the job done. In fact, the problem gets much worse. Instead of a slow drain, it becomes completely backed up. The man then proceeds to DEMAND us for over $300 (he claims for time spent), and also threatens to call the police and sue us when I proposed that I pay him when he fixes the problem. He couldn't even tell us what our next step should be.

I ended up calling for help from someone else the next day to fix the problem. The other guy tells me that the problem was that the original guy was solely trying to push the clog all the way through to the septic tank instead of pulling the stuff out from time to time. By trying to solely push through, he jammed the debris towards the end of the pipe. We ended up having to dig the pipe out (over 6 ft deep) and cut out the section with the clog, which was much more time consuming and expensive.

Beware of using these guys. They do not know what they are doing. Just because someone spends time at your house TRYING to fix something, doesn't mean they should get paid.

I should have posted this last year this time when I called them because my
cesspool was backed-up.
They are thieves, you get overcharged for everything.
If I didn't have full cesspool, any other time it would have been
$500 instead of $850
