I called Rotor-Matic at 4pm on a Friday right after my plumber said that he wouldn't be able to fix the clog in my toilet. Jason and his partner (sorry can't read his name on the invoice) were able to get here within the hour. Turned out that plumbing setup in that bathroom was unique to the rest of the house so diagnosing the problem took a while. Once Jason removed the toilet he had to to put in 30-45 minutes of intense work to fix the issue and not to mention he cleaned up after he was done.

Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

Same day service was nice to open my main drain but unfortunately it only lasted 1 day. When my drain clogged again within 24 hours I took it upon myself to inspect my main drain which they previously opened. I found the small half inch hole that was made with their half inch water jet. A half inch hole through thick sludge just didn't do it. I ended up going out a picking up a garden hose ""jet head"" from Lowes for less than $4. This garden hose jet head cleared the entire 4 inch

Lets start with why 2 stars. The 2 stars are for the 2 guys that came over same day to try and help me with my plumbing issue. Now the problem with the service... The water jet system they used was excellent for cutting a ONE HALF INCH opening in my 4 inch main line leaving my house. I would have thought that a water jet would open the entire pipe by removing the semi soft sludge. Within 24 hours the drain was clogged again. After going to Lowes and buying a simple garden hose ""Jet head"" I managed to open the entire 4 inch pipe all the way to the street! NO MORE CLOG!! All for the price of less than $4. Whereas Rotor-Matic OVER $360 for a service that didn't last 24 hours. I would try a garden hose jet head before calling.

If I could give a zero star, I would.

Let's see.. let me start on what they did well:
Answered the phone quickly each time. Identified their company. Made promises to come over to address water coming from a pipe into a tenant's bathroom.

What they didn't do well:
1. A plumber actually showing up when they said they would.
2. Calling to let anyone know they would not be showing up.
3. Finally showing up (after calling them to inquire where they were), late, then leaving within 10 minutes after saying that they'll need to come back 'tomorrow..
4. Not coming back ""tomorrow"". Upon a phone call again to their main number, a promise that they'll get back tomorrow.
5. Showing up 'tomorrow' (again, late and with no advance notice), by a different guy, who 'pinpoints the problem' and says we'll have to come back 'later'.
6. Does NOT come back 'later'. After an angry call now from me directly to the plumber, he states that he's been on other calls and can't get to it tonight. Also says that he doesn't make any decisions on his time and is told where to do (passing the buck. Ironically, he's the old owner who sold out to the new owner. Good teamwork, there).
7. He does however show up in the evening and then still leaves after 5 minutes.
8. After more now angier calls to the company (days later, mind you). two more and potentially different guys come, and one of them tears a hole in the drywall. Then leaves, saying they will be back with the right equipment.
9. To date...and drum roll... this has been literally a month, all we have is a hole in the wall.

RUN AWAY.

I called for a clogged pipe as my regular plumber did not do this type of work. I received Rotor Matic's number form him and the entire process was seamless. The communication from first contact through the techs doing the job was PHENOMENAL. They came to my home at night on the same day I called and cleared the pipe. I can't recommend them enough. Pete and Joe had a great attitude and explained everything exceptionally. I will definitely use them again and recommend them for all of your unclogging needs.

Wow, I had a pipe jammed up on a Sunday afternoon and I found them randomly in the phone book. I can't tell you how fair the were in pricing the predicament that I was in. They came out and tried traditional snaking and that didn't work so, the tech had to go and get the water jetted machine and worked at it for several hours until finally we got all the feminine products that were flushed down the toilet for months pushed back out of the system. I know now how fair his pricing was. It really could have cost me $2000 and he did it for under $800. Just a real deal, genuine nice guy,
