The service technician was superb. Fixed the issue - and then another - in a matter of minutes. Considering it was Christmas Eve, he could not have been more patient or cheerier.

Once the Service Technician got here, I was relieved. Had a MAJOR plumbing issue at our company over the weekend. After waiting over 5 hours for the technician to show up, and repeated calls for an ETA by the way, waiting 5 plus hours was the roughest part, Once Pete C. (Service Technician) showed up, and got to work, he was done in under 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable about his job and very professional, especially at the late hour that this was going on.
