Rotonic Plumbing & Rooter Service is a family-owned and managed complete plumbing and drain cleaning company based in Northridge. Not long ago celebrating our tenth year in service, Rotonic was originally named Rotonic Rooter Co., but the rebranding more accurately described the comprehensive plumbing services of our business. Rotonic was environmentally friendly early on, engaging in many local eco-friendly building initiatives, including well-known eateries, financial institutions, golf clubs, local governments, and the LACCD.
Tony, our owner started this business in the year 2003 after working many years as a contractor concentrating in residential remodeling. A certified contractor since 1992, he kept receiving inquiries from his patrons to support with their plumbing issues, describing their frustration in being able to find a plumber they could count on who was affordable and trustworthy. As a result, by popular demand, Rotonic Rooter was born. A few years later, the name was changed to Rotonic Plumbing. TABRO, the construction division of this family-operated enterprise, continues to offer residential remodeling, focusing in kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and tenant improvement for various retail clients including Old Navy locations and Fossil stores. Denise A.I needed to replace my tub/shower enclosure, and Tony at Rotonic was recommended for the job by my neighbor. We got delayed in starting a couple of times (thanks, Covid-19 pandemic), but last week we got the job done. the 1 piece I chose wouldn't fit up my stairs so he had to go find a 2 piece and wrestle that in. I think fitting something in my townhouse was really a challenge, but wow! and Aah! looks great, feels great, and I think the price was really fair. Oh, and they did a pretty darn good job of cleaning up after themselves. Five stars is no exaggeration. I'd recommend Rotonic even to my cranky aunt.

Upon arrival, they wore masks, asked me to wear a mask, and removed shoes before entering, which was reassuring to see the additional precautions they were taking due to COVID-19. Allan T.Totally Incompetent, after 30 years of work, as he claimed. Was recommended by Larry and Joe to me. I asked Tony to change two Kitchen under cabinet valves for me. He gave me some excuses, but agreed to do the work. To make a long story short, both places that he repaired are still leaking, while doing his work Tony also broke the drain connection pipe connected to sink, created a new problem that did not exist before. He told me that he did not have the part, advised me to fix it myself. While he was with me, one of his unhappy customers called him and threatened him with lawsuit. I know that Tony is a also unethical and dishonest because he persuaded me to commit insurance fraud. I have complained to Larry and Joe not to recommend him. Beware this Crook.
He ripped me off and told me go ahead a sue me.
