My goal to try and clear the tub and bathroom sink drains, myself, did not quite go as planned...while I had a little luck with the tub, the bathroom sink got worse...time to call in the professionals.

Tyler came 15 minutes after I called Roto-Rooter! He was courteous to both my sister and I, as well as to our 3 cats and doggie! He got to work, right away, and less than half an hour later, both of our drains were working perfectly!

He was respectful of my previous efforts, and also offered some pipe protection fluid, which I had never heard of, before...

I am very hopeful that this will keep things flowing effortlessly, throughout the spring and summer. We have a friend visiting soon, and the last thing I wanted was for her to endure slow drains in the bathroom!

The snake work and pipe protection fluid were all under $260.00, and for the peace of mind, totally worth it!

We've known Chris for years. When he took over as the lead tech we got even better results. We'd tried a couple other plumbers to save money, but we always came back. They've got the equipment and experience to make our problems go away. We had a larger repair that required sewer replacement and patching a water main. He got in and got it done right.

My sewer line was not draining properly. Called Roto Rooter and they came out to help within a few hours.
Levi did a great job clearing the all the roots out of my 105 foot sewer line. He wasn't satisfied until everything in the line was taken care of. Levi did a great job. Brought all the line clearing tools including a camera with him. Used his time very efficiently.

I was not impressed. They brought 2 people to clean out a tub drain, so I had to pay 2 people for what is usually a one-person job. Inexcusable. Hope they enjoyed that money. I told my tenant to NEVER call RR again, EVER.

Horrible!!! They came and fixed one drain and said they couldn't fix the other until the following week and they would call to reschedule, and never called back. they never have a plummer available. Dishonest and unreliable, I'll never have them back here again
