The plumbers fixed my problem and did a good job. It was a plugged line. No issue with them. The thing people need to watch for is their charges. They sent two plumbers and I was ok with the $105 diagnosis charge. I was actually ok when they told me their charge for 2 was $350 per hour. What I didn't understand was a minimum of 1 hour. It ended up costing over $ 500 for a less than half hour job. It bothered me a lot and I called the next day to tell them how I felt about it. No call back from manager. No future business from me. There are other plumbers who charge for the actual time they work.

bathroom sinks were clogged. was charged $400+ for a guy to untwist the drains and get some hair stuck in there; took less than half an hour and no tools were needed. What a rip-off! NEVER AGAIN will we use this company.

I used the service to pump a septic tank. 1. Their ""show up"" fee is ridiculous (my appt was pre-Russian invasion of Ukraine but post Bidenflation). 2. Some days after the tanks were pumped I found a number of the lid screws laying in the dirt.

We had an issue with our kitchen faucet's water flow: it went from strong, to weak, to a trickle, to drips over the course of about 2 weeks. After troubleshooting the issue to the best of our ability (including checking water lines, filters, cartridges, and more), we finally gave up and called Roto Rooter. They arrived quickly (within the hour!) and used their tools to diagnose the issue...and within 20 minutes, they had the faucet flowing full speed again! I can't recommend these guys enough! Tremendous customer service and quick resolution to our issue. We'll definitely use them again!

I usually go with Riggle plumbing but they were booked out a week and my shower was backing up. Roto Rooter tells me they have an $89 charge to get the plumber to the house. This means that I owe them that much as soon as I answer the door. I thought it was a simple clog (which it was) so he wouldn't be charging that much more...He arrives and I show the plumber the drain. He runs some water and says ""you have a hair clog"". Genius right? He then says ""it will be $250 on top of the $89 we have already charged you."" So now I am in a position. Do I forgo the $89 and tell them to go pound sand or do I keep moving forward? I went with the second option thinking that there is a possibility of something more with the drain. I agree and sign his iPad. He goes out and gets his snake and 30 seconds later he has a tiny clog of hair on the shower floor and is putting his snake away. I am like ""that's it?"". I paid and as he left I told him that I probably won't be using Roto rooter again because of their ridiculous pricing (and how they trap you).

To add a cherry to the cake of my day, my husband brings home the mail the very same day which has a 30% off coupon to any Roto Rooter service.

My goal to try and clear the tub and bathroom sink drains, myself, did not quite go as planned...while I had a little luck with the tub, the bathroom sink got worse...time to call in the professionals.

Tyler came 15 minutes after I called Roto-Rooter! He was courteous to both my sister and I, as well as to our 3 cats and doggie! He got to work, right away, and less than half an hour later, both of our drains were working perfectly!

He was respectful of my previous efforts, and also offered some pipe protection fluid, which I had never heard of, before...

I am very hopeful that this will keep things flowing effortlessly, throughout the spring and summer. We have a friend visiting soon, and the last thing I wanted was for her to endure slow drains in the bathroom!

The snake work and pipe protection fluid were all under $260.00, and for the peace of mind, totally worth it!
