Well, no one wants to spend almost $400 to say they had a snake let loose in their bathroom for almost two hours, but sometimes you have to pay the piper! The guys were professional but LOUD, man that is some noisy machinery! They were here 1.5 hours and ended up having to use a bigger piece of equipment. They said it would have been less expensive if they used the smaller line.

We had initially called a plumber but then remembered there was a RR here in Bellingham. I don't think they are licensed plumbers but you don't need to be licensed to run a snake through a drain. A plumber probably would have been twice as expensive. The guys were professional and answered all our questions and concerns. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a good experience from the first contact and talking to the dispatch through the end of the process.

They were very mindful of my home and wore foot covering over their shoes as well as taking care to clean anywhere they stepped.
I was impressed with the time they spent listening to my concerns, explaining the steps they would take to diagnose the problem and explaining exactly what they found and how they would address the issue.
They wrapped up their work within a reasonable amount of time and gave me a bill which matched exactly within the price I had been informed it would it be.
It included a 30 day guarantee and their assurance they would make it a priority to return if it I had problems later.

I will definitely use this service again as if a need arises.

I have a greasy drain that has given me issues for years. I have had a local plumber come out and he did not have the right equipment and it took 5 hours. Roto Reuter has been out twice and worked hard but got it within two hours at a much cheaper price. The technician was very professional and explained everything. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Did not show up for appointment because they had another emergency (sorry, but aren't they all emergencies?),kept stringing me along, and fyou nelly said they could come a week later. Meanwhile none of my drains, including my toleit are working.

I agree with incompetent and horrible service. My 89 year old father called Roto Rooter to clean out his plugged sewer line. He paid them $200.00 for one hour of their time even though they couldn't unplug the line. They then quoted him $2600.00 plus tax to replace said line. We wanted a second opinion and called Best Rooter. Best Rooter unplugged the line with hard work and determination and essentially saved us more then $2,000.00 from what Roto Rooter was trying to get from us. When I asked Pamela Cash from Roto Rooter for just $100.00 of our money back for their poor work, she refused. She blamed the whole thing on my 89 year old father. She stated he wanted them to stop work after one hour of their time. TOTALLY NOT TRUE! Roto Rooter told my father that it was a waste of their time and his money to continue trying to unplug the line and that the line must be replaced. I'm glad Best Rooter didn't feel that way, because they unplugged the line and saved my father a lot of money that he doesn't have. I don't know if Roto Rooter was just trying to get more money from my dad or if they are just incompetent but either way I will never use them again or recommend them. Shame on Pamela Cash for putting the blame of their failure on my father and for refusing to give him half his money back. My advice to anyone reading this, save yourself some money and frustration and call Best Rooter instead of these guys!

My experience with Roto-Rooter of Bellingham was extremely negative. I found them to be overpriced and incompetent. A simple sewer clog job resulted in their getting over 50 feet of cable stuck in the sewer main in the street and the worker nearly lost his hand when the snake backlashed on him.

Be warned - do not use this company. They are bad.

Horrible customer service, very expensive, does not even send licenced plumbers! Charged me $150/hr for an unlicenced plumber to not fix anything and track sewage all over my house! Had to call another company to get it fixed.
