Boz B.Main drain line was clogged meaning we couldn't use anything in the house that required a drain. Called Roto-Rooter and they guaranteed they could be there later that afternoon. Well that was a week ago and I am still waiting. They never showed up and never called to say they weren't coming. Luckily I decided to call another local plumber that was able to clear the line the next day. Maybe you will have better luck than I did but I will never ""try"" to use this sorry plumber again

Michael A.Zero stars / Worst experience ever. I called on Sunday 10/19/14, here is the conversation: Lady: ""Hello?"" Me: ""Hi, is this Roto Rooter?"" Her: ""Yeah."" Me: ""Are you open for business?"" Her: ""No."" I hung up.
I called this morning (10/20/14). I spoke to a lady and requested service. She asked if someone would be home all day, I said yes I would but have an affair between 5:30 to 6:30 PM. She said ""Oh that's fine, someone will be there much earlier than that, how about lunch time?"" I told her this was fine and thanked her politely.
The whole day went by and not a single phone call or anyone from Roto Rooter arriving to my house.
I called around mid-day and a different lady answered, yelled to someone in the background to confirm my appointment and told me someone is coming; ""They'll be there, yes"".
The remainder of the day went by and still no phone calls or visit.
The attitudes, failure to keep an appointment and lack of communication is a huge fail.
They should hire some non-bitchy staff and keep their appointments; because it's not like plumbers are a rare thing. They want to make money, don't they?
On to a different plumbing service I go!
