I needed a service call on our hot water heater. I've always used Roto Rooter / Campbells for our septic tank but thought I would try them for plumbing this time. The customer service rep, Tommy, was completely professional and thorough over the phone. I appreciated him being up front about how long it might take for a service call due to staffing issues and since it wasn't an emergency I was okay with waiting a few days. We did get a call a few days later, and David was our tech. He was very professional, courteous and did an outstanding job taking care of everything we asked for. I appreciated his input and recommendations for future maintenance. The price seemed reasonable for the job.

Called them on a Wednesday and Joe their service man was at my Lexington, VA home on Thursday. He was professional and very cordial. He repaired a problem toilet and connected a ice maker on a new refrigerator that Lowe's couldn't connect when they delivered the unit. I will certainly call upon them in the future,

I just wanted to thank Roto-Rooter in Staunton VA for their outstanding service.
I email the other morning early, that I had a problem with water outside of our septic tank on the inlet side, and we had our landscaper there doing some work. The owner called me at 7:00 AM and said he would have someone out that same morning, and check out the problem, which he did. They came out, found and fixed the problem, and when I got home, our landscaper had dressed everything up, and you could not tell anything had been done. Then the owner called me and explained what they had found, and what they did to correct the problem.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They were very unprofessional, rude, lied and didn't even do the work that we had asked them to do, yet they still billed us anyway. Avoid!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Very unethical and dishonest. Their service people do NOT know what they are doing. And they will bill you for things that they did not do and for time that they did not spend on the job. Stay very far away from this company!!!
