One star is too many, considering they cancelled my appointment after I confirmed it 3 times. I was just trying to get an estimate to move my washer. I talked to three people in dispatch the Monday before and twice the day of. They informed me the plumber would be late, not a problem. Then a few hours later I got an email cancelling my appointment. The gentleman who answered said they had tried to call me several times, which is incorrect because I called back and talked to them. I have ZERO idea why its such a struggle to try to give a plumber my money.

They showed up on time as scheduled. They quoted me $425 to snake a kitchen drain (not a main line). The job would take no more than 15-30mins and no use of parts. I am not sure if I would hire them based on their pricing alone. Seems to me they are trying to take advantage of people through their pricing.
