Judith S.Roto Rooter has been a wonderful company to work with.
We will continue working with them.
Excel Brokers Property Management.
We had a stopped up toilet and had a service visit the same morning as the call. Our company guy was knowledgeable and friendly and had the toilet running in less than 10 minutes. He also provided us with helpful tips on how to avoid future problems.
Over priced, unfriendly, unprofessional. When the gentleman showed up to the house he was very unfriendly and acted like we were putting him out... it was 7 at night and I understand it was later in the evening but we were paying the extra $200 after hour fee. He left the bathroom a complete MESS. Splatter marks on the mirror, walls, door, floor, and ceiling. We spent on hour cleaning up after him. It took them over a month to charge my debit card. I called multiply times about not seeing the charge go through and to make sure everything was okay. The lady I spoke with was extremely unfriendly every time I called. I was told it would be charged in the next day...3 weeks later it was finally charged. What a joke!
Great service . Very knowledgeable. Took a lot of time to explain to me what was going on . I had a solution to my problem the same day I called . Extremely happy with them and will use them again in the future !
Extremely over priced at 250.00. And on top of that they add an office fee to the bill? Office fee?
I understand it's expensive to roll a truck out but good grief.
Best to find someone else. Clearing out a drain is a simple deal. Next time I will certainly call anyone else!
Service was provided within 5 hrs of intial call. Was friendly and efficient. Would recommend.
Sara A.Came in and went to work! Great job. Took the time to actually talk to me about the house and explained clearly what was happening.
Nick B.They blew out my irrigation system. It worked, but for 20 min worth of work they charged me $285. He made it sound like I got a good deal because usually it is a 2 hr min, and he only charged me an hour. So it should have been $570 even! I just had back hoe work done for $185/hr and they have to make up more capital than a pressure tank. I could have dug my whole antiquated system for less than $285! My bad for not asking up front, but they certainly didn't offer any info of what my minimum cost was. I don't know how they can justify this. What a load of crap.
