Kaleb and Spencer are awesome! They came in and cleaned out our bathroom sink drain in just a short amount of time! I had called another company (Any Hour) who said they couldn't do it. They want to cut our pipe and charge us $1500! I am so grateful Roto Rooter was able to get it done and give us a 6 month warranty! I highly recommend them! It's never fun to have a flood emergency. Called a dozen places this morning. Honestly, I picked Roto Rooter because they were the most professional when I called in and they had a free service evaluation. (compared to some of the dispatchers literally acting annoyed that I was calling them, or a crazy out of pocket upfront service fee for just assessing the damage.)

I am so happy that we made that choice.
Yari & John arrived within 25 minutes of my call. I was shocked they were so fast. Super professional. Grateful that they were respectful of our home and space, everything was super clean after they were done. Not only were they thorough in explaining what the issue was, they also gave us good information on prevention and regular maintenance.
I'm disabled and use mobility aids, I noticed that Yari took care to move their equipment in order to leave ample access for me. It's the little things that make a huge difference.
No hidden fees. No extra service call fees. Upfront rates. And the warranty.
This is the second time we've used them. Consistent quality and professionalism.

They are a scam! Charge way too much and then try to scare you into thousands of dollars in repairs. They allegedly took a video of our main line that has tree roots but would never provide a copy or let us see the video.

**** update**** they saw my review and reached out to get me the video. It wasn't as bad as the tech led us to believe. Something so easy we can take care of it ourselves. Updating stars to 2 for the follow up.

Recently I had called them and made an appointment for the next day between 10 am - 2 pm. Here comes 5 pm they are calling me and saying their technician will be late. Really?! Not recommending this company

I had a service window of 12-4. Called at 330 and asked if I was still in line and eta. The person I talked to seemed irritated I was asking. I waited 4+ hours and then I called Valley Plumbing. To my surprise they were at my house within 15 minutes. I now have a new plumbing service to call.
