Thanks to Tanner Schwope and Andrew Carr for their timely and professional response to our significant plumbing issues. We have used Roto-Rooter of Pocatello Idaho for the past 18 years and they have never disappointed.

This time it was particularly worrisome but, no worries, the Roto-Rooter crew got the job done quickly at a fail price!

Roto-Rooter plumbing on Kraft road in Pocatello, Id- 83204! Never disappoints! Called them at 11am'ish! our Kitchen countertop and sink install did not go as expected! My Gramps Tray was a plumber and would tell my dad don't be a plumber! Translation- leave it to the professionals!

Basement flooded in a rental. Service was quick and inexpensive. The plumber that did the service was rude and treated me as if I was an idiot.

Amazing guys did great work for us, only 4 because they left our bathroom a mess and left an awful caulking job behind. However, still very thankful for the job done and would recommend these guys, knowing you'll have to clean up after them

DON'T use the online scheduling. It says you have an appointment BUT you won't. YOU""LL be waiting all day and they when you call they won't know what your talking about! They say you still have to call to make an actual appt. WORST SERVICE.

These guys are fast, reliable and completely professional. It's really difficult to find repair folks who are honest and prompt and don't mind working on little jobs, these guys will do it.

I appreciated the 24 hour service and the ability to mitigate and us back when they could come back during the day when it was less expensive.

I called Roto-Rooter to fix a clogged pipe in our sink. The two men they sent over were thorough, courteous, and took the time to give me information to prevent problems with my pipes further down the line. The job was done fast and the bill was less than I expected. I'll call them again when I need a plumber.

I just had the best journeyman ever come and replace my hot water heater. Very professional, VERY competent and fast. I enjoyed him trying to help me make the best of a bad situation. The previous installation was not up to code and Joe made sure I was now compliable. It was even cheaper than I expected (and had been quoted by others)! Great job Roto Rooter! I'll always call them first.

3 years later I have a clogged sewer. Water backing up in the sink and running over from the washer. Called RR at 7:30 Monday morning. They actually answered, she put me on the list and then called at 8am to say they were enroute to my house. They were in and out in 30 minutes and it was under $100.

Nice guys. Super focused on getting the problem fixed.
