Just a quick disclaimer: I had to give a star in order to post this but I give them zero stars. Anyhow, Mr Rooters is an extremely incompetent and unprofessional business. Stay clear of this company and the plumber named Joshua. He violated the company's values and lacked the gumption, integrity and professionalism to give my home warranty company a cause as to my water faucet issue when it was obviously caused by corrosion due to the hard water in Angelo. The plumber told my wife and I the cause of my sink failure was corrosion but he told the home warranty representative that my wife had tore off the water faucet which was a downright lie. He wavered on the cause of my sinks failure numerous times. And when I called Mr Rooters to elevate my complaint, the company lacked the professional courtesy to call me back. If they can treat a disabled vet in such a manner, then it makes me wonder how they treat other members of our community. I also had to take 4 hours off from work only to have my home warranty send a second plumbing company to diagnose his incompetence. Mr Rooters need to visit the Wizard of Oz: they need a heart, courage and a brain!
