Called to see if they could come take a look at a clogged pipe that my ac condensation line drains into. This is after I had the ac people come out and take a look and tell me it was a clogged pipe. The gentleman I spoke to today at Roto Rooter Denton was rude, argumentative and overall unhelpful. It was as if he just didn't want to work at all today. He kept trying to argue with me that I needed the ac people to come out literally after they had just left. I asked if I could just use the Plano roto rooter and he said "No this is our territory, you have to deal with us." Never call these people.

We called quite a few plumbers after we noticed a leak under our sink, it seemed to be under control so we just wanted someone asap but everyone else was 3-4 days. Eddie from Roto was amazing, he showed us what he was doing so we would know what to do next time and he was quite reasonably priced. we have his card and i will be calling him anytime we have a need. 10/10 in my book!!

Where to start. I am so upset I really don't have energy to write a post. Just stay away. No show, rude, and work isn't credible. Oh, don't forget, expensive but you're not getting quality work.

Waited for two weeks for my appt, had no less than 3 calls last week to confirm and cancelled other companies while expecting this one to come out. No show. So today after three calls requesting a call back, the plumber calls and gives me an estimate of $720 although he has not even been to my house to see what needs to be done. Ridiculous. He stated that he called dispatch and they said all I wanted was an estimate. How can you give someone an estimate when you don't even know what the problem is? Now I have to get back on a list to get a credible plumber to come out. The reviews on their website are all 5 star. Don't believe them.

Wow! $450 to remove a urinal to unclog it! For $900 they'll replace it. The average cost for a urinal is $125-$150. We said no! 30 minutes to an hour max of work - for a layman.

I've used roto rooter in the past...but after today, never again. On Wednesday I called and scheduled a tech to arrive between 8am and 10am Saturday. Never showed up. I called them again at 10:15 and they said "oh some people called in, we'll have one out ASAP"...get a call at 12:15 that he's on the way and will be there in 45 mins, he shows up at 1:15. Spends 5 mins and can't even move the damn fridge properly (grabs it by the door and expects the whole thing to slide... dumb@$$) then gives me a quote for DOUBLE the cost what I would pay elsewhere. On top of it, the tech had attitude when I told him to leave. F these guys, I'm never using roto rooter again.

Came a bit early, quoted a reasonable price before they did anything, worked fast. Before they left they cleaned up, and everything was working perfectly.

These are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. Their customer service is trash as so is their work. They have been out several time to repair a problem that they seem to know nothing about. They are some Job Corp certificate plumbers. Trash Trash Trash!!

I have used this company several times for various plumbing issues. The persons they have sent to do the actual work are always fabulous. The guy they have answering the phones, however, is a complete jerk. He is sarcastic and his tone of voice is the rudest I've heard over the phone. For a seemingly great business they have someone terrible representing them when the customer calls. I'd love to give them five stars but this man has almost made me try a new company.
