I would never in my life recommend anyone to use this company. Their men are not qualified todo their jobs. They want to rip people off and take their money. Long story short. They charged me 125 for their men to come service my house and they claimed they used this machine and didn't even get the job done. It was like a "all well"... I called the company and she basically told on herself. She said the machine they used was normally used from the roof. BUT HE DIDNT STEP FOOT ON THE ROOF... and the machine weighted more than the skinny asshole himself. DONT USE

This is the worst company and customer service I have ever encountered in any industry. Zero accountability. Do yourself a favor and call someone else, ANYONE else.

This company does not take responsibility for their actions. Sent a "drain specialist" come out on Monday. In the process of pulling the toilet to clean the line, he broke my cut off line. Had to call a different tech to help him - they left the line under the ground leaking which flooded my bathroom floor. Called them back & they sent yet another inept technician who also left it leaking. Called back in the weekend and was told they don't do repairs on the weekend. Better hope they don't mess up in the process of fixing what ails you.

Great service....called first thing this morning as our plumbing had backed up.
They gave us an approximate time -- and responded quickly...same day!
Johnny arrived and took care of us in a timely and professional manner.
We appreciated the entire process from phone call to tech --

I had a terrible experience with Roto Rooters plumbers in Amarillo. The initial response was quick which is the only positive aspect of this experience. When the plumber arrived , he seemed to be confident of himself that he can use the Roto-Rooter equipment to unclog the drain in the shower room. However after 3 hours of struggling and calling his colleague to come to help him ,the problem became significantly worse!!Not only the shower drain was not fixed now it has completely clogged with sewage filling up the floor of the shower room!!! In addition jacuzzi which is next to the shower room that there was nothing wrong with it to start with became clogged completely too!! Now the master bathroom and bedroom smelling sewage! They came back the next day and told us we need to do extensive digging into the ground from outside the house underneath the bathroom to find the clogged pipe and this will cost $15,000 and they take no responsibility at all for this terrible job! We have to call another plumbing company and they solved the problem without digging underneath the house. In summary my experience with Roto-Rooter's company was a nightmare with shoddy workmanship and inflated pricing have left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing services. Save yourself the headache and find a professional who value customers and deliver quality work.

My mom used to use them all the time. After she died she left me and my sister the house. So we continue to use them until one time I had this inapt guy come over. We told him we had to bathrooms at the toilet was stopped up. In one of them. He kept going in and out of the house and then out of the house. I told him he needs to keep the door shut I have an animal's. And then to keep the gate shut I have t u r t l e s were pets. Had to keep shutting the door so my dog wouldn't run out. And I had to keep shutting the gate so my tortoises didn't Escape. I reminded him several times. He kept going in and out of the house and I finally said what are you doing. Said he couldn't find the place to drain or suck out or whatever. So he had no clue what he was doing. Then he goes oh you have two bathrooms. I told him that and he'd been out to the house before he was there 2 hours. So between him not shutting the door. He actually took the hinge off the gate to keep it open that really made me mad after I told him to keep the gate shut because of my tortoises then to go so far is to take the hinge off to keep it open. Then not knowing we had two bathrooms taking him 2 hours not knowing how where to drain it. It was ridiculous I called and left him a bad review and they were rude to me. So no I would never do business with them again.
