Had a problem with back up of toilets and showers on the Sunday after Christmas and called Roto Rooter and they came out within 15 minutes. Found out it was a city problem not a private property problem. Kyle (was the Roto Rooter employee) called the City and they told him they would be out that day. Kyle was very efficient, polite and extremely helpful with the problem and would certainly use Roto Rooter again.

Main line sewage backed up every drain we had. They offered 24/7 emergency service. Called and got dispatch who was suppose to send on call plumber. Lol we are still waiting on that call says later.

To sum up: their 24/7 claim is only for looks and not actual service.

Called and talked to "J" (apparently Jessica). I told her my needs, gave her two telephone numbers and was told that the plumber would call to set up a time within the next couple of days. Two weeks have passed and no communication from her or anyone else, which I consider to be highly unprofessional. I do not plant to use a businesd that inprofessional. I would rate them a "0" if it were available.

Worst experience with a plumbing company. had a stopped up mainline and called, set an appointment and showed up 45 minutes late. Ran the machine down the vent on the roof then packed up[ took my money and gave a receipt and left. Did not check to see if the problem was solved or not, and wrote no warranty on the paperwork. No communication, and failed to make sure the work was done properly. THIS COMPANY HAS DONE NOTHING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. I paid for a service I did not receive and they could care less

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
The receptionist "Jessica" is very rude. When I called she said, "Hello." Didn't tell me the company she worked for or anything. I then asked if it was Roto-Rooter. She tried correcting me by saying, "You mean Rooter-Rooter?" After that I tried scheduling an appointment to which she refused to help with. I will never use these people again! Thanks Jessica.

Had someone go out to unclog my drain. He said it was 100 ft snake then said 84 ft snake?! Didn't make sense! Got charged $88 for a job not completed!! Where are all the HONEST people these days!! They send inexperienced plumbers with the wrong size snake!?!

What a horrible business! Had them come in to clean out bathroom drains with a "10 Day Warr." but when drains stopped flowing again within days, the warranty was not valid because the guy said there was a problem with the tub. However, when I asked if he could fix the issue while at the house he said no, he didn't like to do that.

Another visit would have cost me another $85 despite their "warranty". Truly like to take money for work they didn't do right the first time and work they refuse to do.
