I called everywhere and they were all booked up,but roto rooter couldn't guarantee that they would have been out today but a couple of hours later Jeff and another gentleman came out and pumped my septic. Snupie C.I had an issue with my tank being full. I called Evans on Tuesday morning. It took them two days to get me on their schedule, on Friday. This was in January. The driver was there for 40 minutes top. Three weeks later, my tank is full again!! I called Roto-Rooter, on 2/8/20. Even though it snowed that morning they called, advised due to the snow they would call me back. Fast forward they came out within 3 hours of my call. Roto-Rooter told me there was a clog in the baffle. That's why I needed service again. It took Roto-Rooter a few hours and Evans took 72 hours. I appreciate the swiftness of their response! I'm so grateful they realized the importance of needing the tank pumped immediately!! Randall did a great job!!
Tracey H.The franchise business in cleveland tn is poorly operated. Ask cost up front. They will attempt to send a tech to temporarily solve the problem but they will have to come back and charge for additional services. Very nice folks until you call them on their ploy. I would not recommend them. Use a locally owned co instead. Wish I had.
