I just had Dan & David back to my house after their initial visit a week ago addressing a clogged basement drain. It appeared some water was still backing up but they checked my pipes again and there was no blockage. That said, they educated me on the unfortunate trajectory of my pipe to the main sewer line-- which has flat areas where water can pool. I appreciated their kind & friendly professionalism in both checking the pipe again, and also taking the extra step of running a camera through the pipe so I could see for myself. Thank you, Dan & David!

I just had Roto Rooter come out to my house. Dan and Cotton provided the service. They were both so incredibly nice. They were really kind in the way that they described to me what was going on with my pipes. I still practice Covid safety in my home and they were both very accommodating about wearing masks. They get all the gold stars. They got everything all fixed up so I won't need them again for a long time, but when I do need that kind of service again in the future, I will absolutely call them.

I contacted them on Saturday 12/2 as my uncle had sewer backing up into his basement. My call was returned and I was told they couldn't help that day and would call me back on Sunday. I received no call back so their 24/7 is bogus. I contacted Budget Rooter on Sunday and the owner said he would be there on Monday between 10-11. He contacted by by 9:30 AM and was on his way. I would not recommend Roto Rooter to anyone.

BIG shout out to the local Roto-Rooter buys. They fit me in on a day they were understaffed, and still spent the time totally checking out the drain system to make sure everything was clear. Totally professional and I truly appreciate knowing we have great local service staff. Thank you again!

Their professionalism and reliability on prior service were not one-offs. The mark of true pros? Consistent and sustained quality. They rock it and should be held up as an example of how business can be done. Now, for us consumers, let's continue to work with them and spread the word. That is our part.

excellent service! my toilet backed up, and it was late in the day on a weekend, but someone from roto rooter in mcfarland, wi came and fixed it. even though there were delays and a lot of customers that day, he arrived sooner than i expected, and he was very friendly and professional and did a great job, and gave me some good tips for the future - i am a d.y.i. person in general. and it cost less than the original quote. all in all they made a disgusting problem like a backed up toilet into an almost pleasant afternoon.

I hope NEVER to have to use this company again!! Someone was supposed to come out after 3, no one called to let me know when anyone would be here so I had to call to get a callback. Then the guy tells me they took other people & I would have to be charged an after hours fee! NOBODY warned me if I took an afternoon appt that this would happen. What is the point of an appt if they're just going to take other people before me AND THEN charge me more?!? Also, I was told that I had an appt for yesterday morning. NOBODY showed up or even called until after 2pm! UNACCEPTABLE!! I will DEFINITELY be calling someone ELSE next time!!! Only gave one star because choosing none wasn't an option!

Roto Rooter Sewer and Drain of McFarland was able to come on pretty short notice for a clogged kitchen sink and slow running bathtub drain. Not only were they fast, professional and efficient, they shared some very good advice for my particular plumbing situation in my older home. I highly recommend their service.

Super impressed. Came out 1st thing on a Saturday morning. I called a few local plumbers and no one seemed to want to deal with my backed up drain on a Saturday morning. Jay with Roto-Rooter was quick and friendly. Total price was Less than what other plumbers quoted just come out. I would highly recommend this location.
