I contacted them on Saturday 12/2 as my uncle had sewer backing up into his basement. My call was returned and I was told they couldn't help that day and would call me back on Sunday. I received no call back so their 24/7 is bogus. I contacted Budget Rooter on Sunday and the owner said he would be there on Monday between 10-11. He contacted by by 9:30 AM and was on his way. I would not recommend Roto Rooter to anyone.

BIG shout out to the local Roto-Rooter buys. They fit me in on a day they were understaffed, and still spent the time totally checking out the drain system to make sure everything was clear. Totally professional and I truly appreciate knowing we have great local service staff. Thank you again!

Must give another shout out to these folks...three years later and same great and reliable service at a fair price. So the proof is in the potty...I mean ""pudding.""

Their professionalism and reliability on prior service were not one-offs. The mark of true pros? Consistent and sustained quality. They rock it and should be held up as an example of how business can be done. Now, for us consumers, let's continue to work with them and spread the word. That is our part.

excellent service! my toilet backed up, and it was late in the day on a weekend, but someone from roto rooter in mcfarland, wi came and fixed it. even though there were delays and a lot of customers that day, he arrived sooner than i expected, and he was very friendly and professional and did a great job, and gave me some good tips for the future - i am a d.y.i. person in general. and it cost less than the original quote. all in all they made a disgusting problem like a backed up toilet into an almost pleasant afternoon.

I hope NEVER to have to use this company again!! Someone was supposed to come out after 3, no one called to let me know when anyone would be here so I had to call to get a callback. Then the guy tells me they took other people & I would have to be charged an after hours fee! NOBODY warned me if I took an afternoon appt that this would happen. What is the point of an appt if they're just going to take other people before me AND THEN charge me more?!? Also, I was told that I had an appt for yesterday morning. NOBODY showed up or even called until after 2pm! UNACCEPTABLE!! I will DEFINITELY be calling someone ELSE next time!!! Only gave one star because choosing none wasn't an option!

Roto Rooter Sewer and Drain of McFarland was able to come on pretty short notice for a clogged kitchen sink and slow running bathtub drain. Not only were they fast, professional and efficient, they shared some very good advice for my particular plumbing situation in my older home. I highly recommend their service.

Super impressed. Came out 1st thing on a Saturday morning. I called a few local plumbers and no one seemed to want to deal with my backed up drain on a Saturday morning. Jay with Roto-Rooter was quick and friendly. Total price was Less than what other plumbers quoted just come out. I would highly recommend this location.

I am one to really let my laundry pile up until I REALLY need to do it because it is my least favorite chore. After one load of laundry on a Sunday morning, I went down in to my basement to find a large puddle had come up from the floor drain. Uh-oh, I knew that wasn't good. I called Roto-Rooter. They had someone call me back quickly. They were on overtime (of course) and the trip charge was over $100 more than during the week. I decided I could wait a day (YES! I got out of doing laundry!)
Monday morning I was called and they gave me a window that someone would be out between noon and 3pm. 3pm came by and still no show. I called a little after 3 and was told that someone should be at my place in about 20 minutes. I wish they would have been a little better with communication if someone wasn't going to make it during the time window.
The tech came out. He was very friendly. Culprit: Tree Roots...Boo! He was able to clear out the pipe pretty quickly. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again - they just need to work on communication better!
