When you have duplexes there's going be a time you'll need Roto-Rooter. I used this company a few months ago for a clogged up problem.

I called and set up appointment for the next day and the guy showed up on time which was nice. It took him about 20 minutes to find and fix the clog I had.

Our sewer was backing up and the toilets wouldn't flush. Scott came out and worked a long time with the roto-rooter and we discovered the sludge had collected between the clean out and the toilets. Once he got it cleared out, he discussed ways to help prevent this in the future with me and answered all of my questions. It was very hot that day but he wouldn't give up. Thank you Scott, you deserve a raise!! I appreciate the owners keeping the price @ $139.00 while all the others in the area are raising theirs. I WILL CALL YOU AGAIN FOR FUTURE PROBLEMS.

Service tech was a no show. When questioned the office Mgr or customer service was rude and non cooperative to provide a fix. Who needs this kind of treatment?? Be aware, mean, nasty and bad attitude.

We had a problem with toilet water backing into our shower, our local plumber couldn't fix it and suggested Roto-Rooter Harrison. When they never called me back, I called Roto-Rooter Springdale who IMMEDIATELY sent someone on their way to help. Dustin showed up within an hour and while it was a difficult clog, he worked until it was fixed. Highly recommended.
