This company is an absolute joke. You can find better service from a privately owned company. Had no hot water. Called these idiots at 10 in the morning. Scheduled an appointment for 2 in the afternoon for the same day. No one showed up. No call, no communication to me, the customer what was going on. So I had to call them at 3. Talked to a manager in their dispatch department and she told me that ""the tech has been on his first job all day and has another appointment and then he'll be to your house. But since it will be overtime hours, you'll be responsible for those rates. The rate will increase to $159 from $95 which are our standard rates."" So how is it the customers responsibility to pay an overtime rate when a tech cant manage his time correctly or this joke of a company can't manage their techs in the field? Now I understand these types of things happen when a tech falls behind. But I dont understand how a customer is responsible to pay him overtime because he falls behind. All they were concerned with when questioning the manager about this was ""well the tech has to get paid."" So I hung up the phone and called back. Spoke to the receptionist. By this point I was very angry. Told her how I was treated by the dispatch manager and was not pleasant about it. She explained the Ops manager will be in contact with me as he's in the field working. So Dana called me, the Ops manager. First words out of his mouth. ""We will not be doing any work for you. No one talks to my receptionist like that."" So i told him *#'! Off. Ill talk to anyone anyway I want and hung up the phone. No concern for the customer at all. These people will not get any recommendations from me. Anyone looking for plumbing or heating needs. Avoid these clowns.

Be aware of the sleazy practices of this plumbing company. I had sewer blockage which was video'd. The technician did not inform me that it wasn't being recorded so I spend 250 dollars on a video without having it recorded and then they supposedly cleaned the sewer line. This cost me a total of $550 for under 2 hours of work. When I called the next day to get a copy of the video, they told me they didn't record it and it would cost me another $200 to get a recorded copy. This company is a rip off and should be avoided at all costs.

Awful customer service

Joe left the job without informing me the boiler was not fixed.

After making several frantic phone calls to the company to find out what was going on, Dana Collins finally called me back to tell me that they had not fixed the boiler and the part needed was on back order for 10 days. It would have been nice to know since my tenants didn't have heat or hot water in the middle of January. When I asked if they could get it from anywhere else Dana told me ""if you think you can find the part do it yourself""

I ordered the part myself, had it shipped overnight and paid 1/2 what Waltz quoted even with the overnight shipping. It wasn't difficult to order and I'm not sure why they couldn't have ordered it from a different supplier considering it was back ordered from their usual supplier.

When I expressed my frustrations about what had happened Dana Collins told me ""Good luck finding someone else, we are the only ones who work on Baxi boilers.""

Since I was not happy, I called someone else to fix it, and by the way Dana, there are plenty of other people who fix Baxi's and actually know how to install parts correctly. The guy who did fix the boiler informed me the PC board that Joe installed was not installed correctly.

Waltz still charged me $1,049 for an incorrectly installed part that I had to call someone else to fix and were incredibly rude. Dana claimed Joe called me and I didn't answer my phone on purpose so that I didn't have to pay the bill. In reality I spent three hours trying to get a hold of them to figure out why the boiler wasn't working and no one ever mentioned that I had to pay $1,049, besides they have my credit card on file and I've always paid my bills the day I get them.

I've used Waltz for over 10 years and only the last two years have I had problems with them every-time. I will never use them again.
