Whoever the receptionist lady that usually answers the phone during normal business hours has some serious attitude problem for no reason. She makes this business look bad. Unfortunately I did not get her name.
My landlord told me to call them to schedule an appointment and have them bill him. The lady asked me what happened and when. I tried answering back. But she over talked me and rudely asked why am I calling when my landlord usually sets it up? Also that she will not just bill him without his consent. First of all, I literally got off the phone with him a min ago. He was the one who referred me to this company. Second, i absolutely had no problem with her calling my landlord to reassure billing payment. No need to have an attitude about it. I understand?

I schedule the appt with her for tues but then quickly realized I had to move a few things out of the way inside my home for them to have a clear path way to the downstairs.. I called back quickly remembering but it was after business hours.. I gotten another lady who really couldn't answer or reschedule my appt. my fiancé called the next day. we made another appt for wed the next day after.. our landlord called us and ask how's everything and told us that the lady said the guys was knocking on our door tues and we apparently didn't let them in? which I was home most of the day cleaning and clearing things out the way?? So that was a lie... would not recommend this place if that lady still works for this company. Very rude and unprofessional n uncalled for!

They came out to my farm. They could not find my septic. They said they had a longer line but did not bring it. They had us remove the toilet before they came, then they never used that hole. I know we have a septic tank, they just couldn't find it. Yet, they billed me for over $300 for effectively doing nothing. No way would I ever have them do anything for me and I could never recommend them for even a clog.
