Jana R.The absolute worst. As I write this, it's been a 13-hour day and still no water heater. They called at 8:49am today saying they'd be there in an hour. Came, uninstalled the hot water heater, left to get ""a part"", came back 3 hours later, left again at 4:30p for ""copper"" (but what he actually did was STOLE ours from our 1994 condo), came back at 8:30p, dumped a water heater in the main lobby of the condo building, and left now at 9:15pm with NO water heater installed!!! So after an entire day of missed work, now I have no water in my home for the entire night with 4 kids and work tomorrow - and now this will lead to another entire day off!
Emily R.My sewage backed up. They were initially timely at arriving but then required a second tech to come with a scope. Then they charged $1200 to clear the line. They did ask if that's ok but are you going to say NO when you're dealing with poop?
Finally they tell me I need to replace my sewage line and hand me a quote for $8,000. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!!
I got a second opinion THANKFULLY! I did not need to replace my sewage line. They may be the first hit on Google but they'll try to scam you out of $$$.
