Response time almost immediate. Outstanding service, and the job was done very professionally.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is simply due to cost. The rate was considerably higher than the other estimates I received, but those providers could not provide service as quickly as RR, and I was taking on water due to clogged drain in basement. It was worth it due to nature of emergency, but had I had additional time, I would have chosen a different provider. Again, service was outstanding, but certainly more expensive than competitors.

Speed of them and how easy it is to schedule------- Five Star.
call center and be flexible for your time in order to re schedule -----Five Star
Leonard knowledge of what to do to resolve the Issue -------Five star
Them being Not Messy and clean up after themselves ------Five Star
Leonard explains every thing and how to prevent of re-occurring-------Five Star
PRICE------ Lets say you have very better luck to find way cheaper Plumber and -------Two Star
I had to show Leonard a coupon from their website and got 40$ off but it was still sky high for open a clogged line .

Aside from being very expensive I would say my experience was okay. Its hard to tell if youre getting a fair price. Customer service was good. Do your homework before any work is done.

A very nice gentleman came to fix our clogged sink. The organization was very responsive to address our issues and our questions.

Terrible. We called for an emergency service at 2:30 PM. They said they would be able to service us within 4 hours. I called again at 6:00 and was assured that we were still in line for service the same evening. Called again at 7:45 and was connected with dispatch, which told me that they ""had one guy in the area"" who was on a call at a McDonald's and wasn't sure how long it would be and if we could reschedule until the next day. We then reiterated that their website advertised 24 hour emergency service, and pressed for more information as to where the current location of the plumber was and when they may be able to come and fix our issue. They then could not even tell us where the McDonald's was that their guy in the area was working at (supposedly) was located, and at that point we gave up and moved on.

Also, none of this review can effectively demonstrate how the people that answered the phone seemed totally disinterested and just didn't seem to care to try and resolve out problem. Just horrible customer service all around.

Yuri came out on NYE and fixed a clogged drain downstairs. He was timely, polite, efficient, and explained every step of the process.
Let's face it, I'm not a fan of household expenses like these, but I was really happy with the service and efficiency of his work.

I am giving them 4 stars mainly because of Giovann, the technician. He was very cordial, learned my name and called me by it, did a very thorough job and cleaned up after his work. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I originally had an appointment for the evening of the day I called - they gave me a 4 hour window and an hour into the window I got a call saying that a tech wasn't going to be able to make it out and that I'd have to wait til the next morning. Mind you - at this point, we'd already been without a functioning toilet for almost 24 hours so I was very annoyed.
But Giovann was great.

I'm very disappointed with this company. I had an appointed yesterday and was told they'd show up between 8 am and noon. The guy showed up at 4 pm!! My whole day was wasted. My time is important too, believe it or not. I called them several times during the wait and was told that I was next but they had no idea when that would be (??). They just kept blaming the weather. I mean, c'mon, how come they have no idea whatsoever how long a job will take?? If they're unclogging a drain it will most likely not take very long, if they're installing a water heater it will probably take a while. They just didn't seem to care. When the guy finally showed up and charged me way more than I expected I paid it, because there's no way I could waste another day finding another company and start from square one. I'm sure they are very aware of this and always do this. Maybe all companies are like this, but needless to say, I will never use them again. So disappointed.

It is December 24, 2015. I wake up and head to the kitchen to start my Christmas Dinner prep.
As if by appointment (major holiday and kitchen needs to be working) the disposal is not working. Water filling up the sink fast. I remembered that I had received a Roto-rooter email a few days ago and that they would be open on Christmas and during the holiday without premium charges. So I called at 8 am and scheduled a service call. Yuri arrived less than an hour later and proceeded to identify the sink problem and he fixed it. He was very polite, pleasant and he knew his business. I am so appreciative of how quickly he responded and his ability to access and fix in less than an hour. Hats off to Yuri (#1195). Thank you to Roto Rooter for making my day. BTF
