My wife and I were both home sick and the floor drain backed up with sewage in the basement. I was bound and determined to fix it myself and tried my hardest to get it. Finally, exhausted I decided to call someone in. When the tech, Deyvi showed up he looked at the situation and gave me a price. I agreed and he went to work. Boy did he go to work. There was no way I would have fixed this myself. He really had to work at my drain to get it open, but he didn't give up until he had it. He did a very professional job and stuck to the price quoted. He left me with good advice on how to keep this from happening again. He was neat and clean in and out of the house.

Called on a Sunday evening for ""emergency service"" main line said they could have someone out in two hours. When dispatch called back, I was told there are no plumbers available on weekends but could have someone out at 8am Monday.

So a little confused why website says 24 hour emergency service yet told no plumbers work on weekends.

Thankfully, we were able to nurse our leak with no surrounding damage. Our tech did show, Monday Morning, was able to fix our issue and was very courteous and professional.

I had a plumbing up. That was fixed fine. They said they would clean amd move things ro garage--which I cleaned out in prep. Instead they left all in basement blocking clothes dryer. So I am left moving things before I'm ready so I can dry my clothes. All in all made bad experience worse.
