Mike arrived very quickly after I called and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem right away and recommended a new toilet and water valve to prevent future problems. He went to get the new toilet, replaced it and the valve very quickly and just like that my downstairs toilet was back in business! I asked for his card because I would definitely call him again if I have another plumbing problem.

I was very happy with Roto-Rooter's service. I needed an evaluation of a sewer ejector system for a home I am buying. Eli showed up early and was knowledgable about the system and gave it a quick look over and wrote me a short report for FREE! I was so relieved to get his advice. The only downfall was that when I called three days prior for an appointment, a young man answered and didn't know what a sewer ejector system was. Thankfully they sent a technician that knew his stuff.

Anytime there is a problem with plumbing, it's natural to cringe, fearing the cost. But Roto-Rooter was very reasonable, arrived when they said they would, and did an excellent job! We had a drain that was clogged and clear when they left. So courteous and efficient!

Narcis was able to get our toilet clog cleared extremely fast. He was very kind, and showed up on time ready to work. He removed the toilet, snaked the drain and found our clog about 70ft down the line. Cleared it out for us, then ran a camera to check the lines to see if there were any other obstructions. Completely cleaned up after himself, reset the toilet on the floor and cleanly caulked the area. We are very happy they were able to do this before our business even opened. Narcis was insanely sanitary, which was important as we are a tattoo shop - so cleanliness is a must! Thanks so much Narcis for all of your help today!

RotoRooter just left, job undone. Nice guy, but he wanted nearly $400 for a simple auger on a side drain (laundry and sink) that has a clean out readily available. I'll review the competitor in a couple of hours.

I made an 8pm service call, I was worried it was going to be very spendy$$. lucky for me Kenny Kim told us we were still under warranty when he came out. I was very impressed with his politeness and punctuality, he made it here in about 20 minutes after I called. I will definitely be calling again with any further problems.

I was referred to Roto-Rooter by my real estate agent for a sewer inspection prior to closing on a home. While this isn't something most people do (most just get a standard inspection and skip the sewer), I am glad I decided to go with these guys. The inspection was extremely thorough and sure enough they found a crack in the pipe which would have been missed had I not opted for the sewer inspection. The crew was VERY professional and did great work. Should I ever have such issues in the future I know I will go through Roto-Rooter and I suggest you do the same!

I was worried to call roto-rooter because I was worried what it might cost, and I didn't know what was wrong. ""Mike"" came out (early), was very straightforward and gave me a quote that I felt was reasonable. He fixed the problem and everything is in perfect working order again. I am very pleased! I would use them again!

Did a great job they got here. We were told between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, they finally showed up at about 4:00PM. When one is without a functioning toilet that can be a long wait!!!
My husband helped out because their machine would not fit around back of our house wihtout being carried. What is the going rate for a Plumber's Helper?? Maybe I can hire him out.
