They sent a technician to my place to replace a kitchen faucet and they bought it and told me they would charge me just 60% higher than the original price which make sense, but at the end they send me a bill for 4 times of the original price of the part and then they avoid to show me the receipt!
they rip off their clients, so greedy.+

Day one: After water started backing up into our master bath tub, we called roto-rooter. A nice guy showed up about an hour or so later, told us it was most likely a clogged sewer line and that it would be easiest to clear through the toilet - which he took apart. Unfortunately, the nice guy was about 6 months on the job and his inexperience showed. While snaking our pipe, his equipment got stuck, broke as he spent several hours trying to pull it out, and he had to call in another more experienced technician the next day to help pry it out.

Day two: After the second technician stuck a camera into our pipe (why this wasn't part of the first guy's process... I have no idea), he discovered that the inexperienced technician managed to push the snake through a capped pipe under our house and that they would need to charge us $1,200 to go under our house to retrieve it (something about 'OSHA regulations and special ventilation equipment was needed). My husband volunteered to go under the house, and promptly discovered that while snake was randomly rotating under our house, it got stuck on some visqueen plastic sheeting in our crawl space. The two technicians and my husband had to pull the broken snake wrapped in plastic sheeting out through our crawl space. This entire process took about 4 or so hours.

Day three: At the end of day two, we were told that a third technician would need to come and confirm the clog was removed with a camera and that they would then reassemble our toilet. We were told the tech would come between noon and 4 p.m. My husband took the day off work to meet the tech, who never showed. When my husband called for a status, dispatch told him that we were rescheduled for the following day - but never bothered to call and let us know.

Take it from us. Think twice before hiring this company.

Rude. Very rude. Scolded me for calling them instead of a septic company(your website says you can help with septic) and stayed two minutes, enough time to be very rude. If they say Paul is coming, be warned- he's rude and he left my front door open, nearly letting my cat escape. Who just leaves doors open behind them? Not acceptable. From now on, I'll call Beacon Plumbing instead. I will give the folks on the dispatch phone credit- they were fairly nice and helpful. Sadly, the plumber was not.

Editing to add: it was a plumbing problem, not a septic problem, as Jaime of Jaime's Septic (a great company, Jaime was amazing and kind and if you have an actual septic problem, you should call him) informed us when he came out. Paul's refusal to look at the problem cost us an entire day of having to live with a back up. Not fun to do in your third trimester of pregnancy!

Too expensive, almost $700 to replace garbage disposal is way too much. $450 of labor for 30 min work. Kitchen faucet still leaks too. We won't recommend to anyone.

I give Roto-Rooter 10 stars!!! I had a clogged kitchen sink on Memorial Day weekend, I was having a BBQ with friends and family. On a Sunday At 10 in the morning my sink was not draining and I freaked out. I called Roto-Rooter and within an hour Paul Wagner was at my house. He worked on that drain for at least an hour and a little more, it was a mess, the drain was badly plugged, but he managed to get that ready to go in a timely manner. Paul is a really sweet guy with many years of experience (this guy really knows what he is doing). He cleaned everything up when done, and I was relieved I didn't have to cancel my planned party. Thank you Roto-Rooter for having the best plumbers!!!

Service was well done for simple clog under kitchen sink. Service man was quick, knowledgeable, and polite. ""Yikes on the price"". $430 for a 15 to 20 minute job! An online ""discount"" was given that was about the price of tax. Called and was told that this is a base rate for their work. They charge by the job...not the time and ease of repair. If this is so...the price should be quoted before we arrange the repair. We would definitely have shopped around for a more reasonable rate.

Excellent job by Sergey. He identified the cause of the leak, fixed it, and was even helpful as we negotiated with our home warranty.

Highly recommend and will call again!

Called out Roto-Rooter to deal with Sewer gas coming from laundry room. Priming the P-trap solves the problem till the next washer load is ran. Typically this is a classic symptom of a clogged sewer vent pipe. The individual who came out refused to deal with the vent pipe claiming they are not allowed on the roof and tried to convince me that he just needed to snake the drain clear. $500 to run the snake with no Gaurantee. As expected he found nothing, then tried to up-sale me on some expensive drain cleaner. So I was basically ripped off $500 and left with a problem that still exists. If you need a drain cleared their service is probably adequate but for anything else call a real professional and skip this rip off company.

Literally the worst ever!

1. 1 day late for the appointment
2. didn't quote me before service is performed, even promised me during appointment
3. $400 dollar/hour rate, probably the most expensive in this universe.

Totally ripped off by their shitty service.
