Fikru A.I had to replace my water heater and it was done in a few hours ; However, there were a little miscommunication. I was quoted $ 2902.05 to replace the water heater then he (the technician ) tried to give me additional quote to replace the water valve which I disagreed with his quote then i called Roto- rooter plumbing and request his superior to have him replace it without additional cost. Long story short, the technician got really mad at me for talking to his manager.Therefore, he had to void a 100 dollar discount coupon and charge me for labor and part to replace the water valve Since, I didn't want to argue any further i decided to pay for what he ask.
