Water heater failure at 7:30 pm on a Friday. Fast service, great repair guy (Tim) and a new unit in and working Saturday afternoon. He even improved the installation over the original from when the house was built.

Spent 3 mins at my elderly mother's front door to tell her it's $1K to even go look at the issue. When she said no way they charged her $99 for the visit! NONE OF THIS WAS DISCUSSED WHEN SHE BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT. ZERO STARS. Stay away from this place.

The guys were great! The $950.00 fee to enter a crawlspace and the $420.00 an hour price and the 4× markup on parts that they drove to town for while I was paying $420.00 an hour! Won't ever use Roto-Rooter again! But the guys were great!

Tyson was fast and efficient and was very kind. He came and explained the process and even gave some pointers on preventive measures for clogs. Thank you!

Tyson Z came out to fix a blocked drain in our bathroom. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions I had. He was very upfront with pricing and it's nice to know that we have a six month guarantee for the service that he provided. Hopefully I don't need to use them again anytime soon, but I definitely would.

EVen though I specifically searched for a company that served the area I want served, the company says it only serves businesses there. So why did you come up in my internet search then? I dislike having my time wasted in this way.

Excellent service. Quick response. Find solution. Is expensive but because I know they get the toughest job done they are the first we call.

CHAPTER II: After sharing my original review with two or three Roto-rooter employees, Frank called me, and offered me a $166.00 Partial Refund for the parts, and the agent's time to go get them. However, they still charged me $232.00 for the ""Free estimate"", and the ""refund"" didn't include the taxes applied. There was also no mention of the $516.00/hour charges. Medical Surgeons don't even charge that much!
In my opinion, this is a clear example of the rampant corporate greed that manifests in the inflation in the country today.

Roto Rooter ruined our home and ripped us off .I was verbally told the work was guaranteed by the worker. He never once said and for $70 more if you get the ""camera service"" then and only then is the work I have done guaranteed. This was not explained at all. In fact, it was never mentioned once. I did not opt out of the camera service to save a measly $70 bucks that is ridiculous for you to even suggest. When someone tells you the work, they have just done is guaranteed, but does not connect that guarantee to an option I was never even told exists that is deceptive, plain and simple. The guy who did the work wrote at the bottom of the invoice ""No Scope"" not ""No Camera service"" neither the ""Scope"" nor the ""Camera service"" was ever mentioned or explained. I was not told by the plumber my ""guarantee"" was contingent upon getting the ""camera service"" Very Deceptive business practice. I paid 260 dollars to unclog the main sewage line. They told me if there are any problems the work is guaranteed and less than a week later the toilet is backing up again so I called them and they told me that the work is only guaranteed if I opted for ""the Camera Service"" which I was told ""I didn't opt for probably to save money"" I explained that I was never told about a camera service and that I was certainly never told that the work was only guaranteed if I opted for the ""Camera Service"" The guy at Roto-Rooter basically told me I was a liar. Which of course is not the case. He then told me they would have to charge me again the full price plus $70 more for the ""Camera Service"" which was the first time I heard of the ""camera service"" Very unfair and dishonest practice. Regardless of everything the owner never called me or even attempted to make things right, hewas just happy to collect my money and ignore what they did to our home

Such a mistake using them. First off the plumber was nice enough but $800 later all they did was fix the toilet ring and cut a small piece of drywall, seemed very over priced. Next step was we had their water restoration come out, inspect, and quote an estimate. They told us they'd be in contact with our insurance, handle everything and get the process started. For weeks they told us they sent stuff over to insurance, insurance continued to say they weren't. On day 29 they finally admitted 14 days after they came out they sent only the plumbing receipt to insurance. no pics, no estimate, no details of the water damage, NOTHING. So here we trusted them to do what they said they would and we wasted a month and let water damage sit for a month while we thought insurance was dragging their legs. we didn't hire them to remediate, we couldn't even trust they'd do quality work.
