Great professional service. Roto-Rooter was able to come out the same day I called. They called ahead to let me know when they would arrive and the serviceman showed up right on time. He was knowledgeable and efficient and had my plumbing problem fixed in no time. Thank you Roto-Rooter.

The unit above me is leaking (brown water is leaking all over my bed) my property manager called Roto-Rooter. On Saturday July 30th, the plumber Marion or Merion (not sure how to spell it) came into my unit with my property manager. Merion did not even look at the leaking vent and faced me the entire time. I was a little confused but thought maybe he's trying to hear the full story. So I continue explaining the leak. Then it all went south, literally, Merion had zoned out (probably because my building manager already explained the situation) and he had full blown stopped staring at my face!!! I then realized...wait he came down with my property manager (he texted me saying he's 20 minutes away and asked for my permission for them to enter the unit- I replied yes and showed up 30ish minutes later hoping it would be finished)...so why doesn't he have any idea of what's going on? There came a point where he blatantly stared at my breasts and so I tried looking him in his eyes to say ""eyes up here!"" But he ignored me continued looking me up and down!!! For reference, I was wearing a black tank covering my breast zero cleavage and black skinny jeans. He got annoyed with me calling him out and asked my property manager if he had my number so he can call me while they went to look up stairs. He never came back to my unit but I was told by my property manager were further looking into the situation. That was a joke. I reported this to the Assistant General Manager for the Greater Seattle Area and he called me back and said ""I directly spoke with Marion and he apologizes ((IF I perceived it)) the interaction that way."" This is the very reason women do not speak out about these issues!!! This company clearly does not value the safety of women who live alone. I don't know what would have happened if it was just me. These issues should be taken seriously and result in consequences, not a slap on the wrist topped with a piss-poor-excuse of an apology. Keep your apology. If you are a woman living alone then I encourage you to make sure Merion does not come to your home. He WILL make you feel uncomfortable and the Roto-Rooter management WON'T take your claim seriously.
The only good thing...getting a quick call back. Be careful ladies!!!

As a young gay family with three young kids we needed serious help and Roto-Rooter was there. It was a kitchen drain wall leak , it was the worst. They found other problems that our house inspector had missed and told us the best plan on how to resolve them. They were patient with us, worked with us, brought the best equipment, and worked hard to get all of our problems resolved.

Had a blockage in my line and they came out within 2 hours on a Sunday morning. It cost $615 to use their 120' snake. My shower had an additional clog and that required a different snake and more $ of course. Then they want to send a camera down there to see why it was blocking before they'll warranty the work. The camera is another $250. They're definitely not cheap but that's what you pay for with a well-known company who will come so fast. They were efficient and easy to work with. I'm thankful I get to shower for work in the morning.

After spending about 15K at my own house a few months ago with this company I had no reservations about calling them for an issue at a rental property. Carlos Martinez was my service tech, he explained what the problem was and quickly fixed it. He even suggested that I buy this liquid that would help with grease, hair, and such. You apply it every month. He was neat, clean and did a fast job repairing a rental unit which was much appreciated. I would call him again.

We woke up to a flooded garage due to our water heater breaking. We were able to call them right away and they were there within 2 hours (cancellation before us bumped us up in the day).
Mike and Paul were amazing throughout the whole process! They were informative, fast, were able to replace our water heater within 5 hours. They kept us informed the whole time and were professional each step of the way.
Turned out not so great Tuesday morning into the best outcome possible!

Performed timely service on a non-functioning sump pump. First technician was still in training and had not previously seen a layout like ours. Called in a senior tech who was able to readily fix the problem and use it as a training opportunity.

omg! Call the local plumber for simple back ups! These guys charge $400 just to run a snake down your drain! I couldn't believe it!

We had a leak in our second bathroom and we tried to do as much as we could safely to fix it, but it was still leaking so we called Roto-Rooter to come take a look. Aman came and he looked at the leak and he told us that whoever fixed this before only replaced one part of the pipe and not the ring that connects it to the wall. That was unfortunate to hear. Then he told us that the base board looked bad so he looked and he called the ER restoration team and Shannon had walked us through what was ruined which was the bathroom floor and some of the carpets in certain areas. Overall great customer service and walking us through every step and just being understanding and explaining everything so we understood what was going on as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The main line to the sewer was backed up at my house due to being on the market for so long. We called up RotoRooter and the professionalism and customer service was great! The service tech, Casey F., was plenty of help and he was very knowledgeable.
