These people dropped the ball THREE times. THREE. I guess I should not have given them that many chances, but I had used their services before.

On Tuesday evening, both of our commodes were leaking at the base and I scheduled an appointment online for Wednesday between 8-noon. 12:30 and still no word from them, so I call and one of their jets had broken down and they could have someone on site in about an hour. Well.......we need the work done earlier in the day as not to disrupt the business and we reschedule for Thursday with an arrival time of 8-10 a.m. Again.....no call/no show, so I called around 11:30 a.m. Several people had called out (not my issue) and I told them it was imperative that the service start early in the day. The dispatcher 'promised' me that we would be the first job on Friday and they would arrive between 8-9 a.m. At 9:20 I gave them a call and they said the tech was about an hour out. Seriously?? The one thing that really annoyed me, was that there was no apology. I can't believe these morons are still in business. I called another local company and they had someone here in 1/2 an hour. They were courteous and efficient and blew these people out of the water.

From the ease of scheduling, to great communication it paid.to call Roto Rooter. Arin, our tech, was prompt and ready to go. When I explained what I wanted done she came up with an ternative solution........that saved me money!

Arin was clear in her explanation of what she was going to do. She was done fairly quickly and the work is amazing.

I'm a big fan of Roto-Rooter they were able to bring me an amazing man (Abe) :) Mr. Abe was able to help me unclog my kitchen sink and remove any entities that were in there! Thank you very much Abe! You're a rockstar!!

My home warranty company sent this company a request for service on my hot water heater and they responded to me on Jan 20 2021 to set up an appointment. I went thru the online process to schedule pocked 3 dates and times and hit send.
I then received a call non of those dates are available so I had to schedule almost 2 weeks out on Feb 1, not that big of deal my water heater still works the pilot just keeps going out.
8:38 in the morning Feb 1 I receive a call Jeff is on the way great thank you!
8:54 in the morning Feb 1 another call Jeff broke down they will try to find another tech ok things happen I wait for the reschedule.
9:53 they found another tech he should be here in 30 great I am here and ready.
10:21 a call same number different person telling me they no longer work with the warranty company and I would be responsible for the entire bill. I explained I had already paid my service fee and they said it did not matter it would $69 for diagnostic and the any additional repairs would be extra.
I asked why they waited until the tech was 10 min out to tell me this when I scheduled almost 2 weeks ago and all he kept saying was I apologize but gave no solution to the problem.
These people are all idiots and don't care at all about people , and now I have to wait another week min to get another tech out to my home.

Daniel out of Wilsonville Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup met with us today to provide options to fix a plumbing issue we were having. He was calm and careful to listen to our concerns. He was so professional. His communication skills are great, and his patience with me as I asked at least 100 questions was enough to get a hero's award. No kidding...Not only did we find a FOREVER PLUMBING COMPANY, but our faith in humanity has been restored. Daniel's character shined! Daniel demonstrated that he is a gracious and kind human being..we believe his character reflects those of all Wilsonville Roto-Rooter Employees. Someone saw his potential and did a great job hiring an impeccable individual. He was young, but wise. If I could ever meet his mom I would give her a huge hug and tell you, ""You raised a magnificent, ethical, honorable, sensible, trustworthy son!"" Thank you to Daniel, his mom, Wilsonville Roto-Rooter and all the staff within. You should all be celebrated for being top notch! We need more Daniels in this world!

I booked a 10 to 2 time slot, they showed up at 3:30. Had three downspout drains that needed to be unclogged. When their work was complete, they wrote on the invoice ""All lines have been cleared, open and flowing. Tested by putting hose down downspouts and water is flowing"". However, when I tested them myself immediately after the plumbers left, only 2 were unclogged and water was not flowing in the third. I called the company and was informed that they don't guarantee their work and for them to come back up would be another full price service charge. when I explained that they had misrepresented that the work was complete and asked to speak to a manager, I was informed that no mangers were available and then they hung up on me.

If I could give fewer than 1 star I would. Leaky water heater. Manufacturer said it should be easy fix and was under warranty. Dude from Roto-Rooter thought he could con me into a minimum $500 fix. Flat out said he wasn't interested in working with a warranty situation. Fortunately with the help of YouTube we were able to fix it ourselves for free. The tech was extremely condescending in the way only a 30 something ""man"" can be with a woman. Clearly trying to con me into expensive unneeded service. Completely unacceptable!

Also, the company SAYS they are following CDC recommendations during the pandemic but, Mr Condescending couldn't even wear a mask properly.

Needed a quote for a water softener install (we buy the water softener). 3 companies came and gave us a quote between $400 and $600 (one of them is George Brazil - a big and reputable company in AZ). Roto Rooter came and quoted us $2400 just to install! Need I say more.
