Jesse P.I am not sure where to begin with the water restoration team. Roto rooter is the worst company to deal very un response to phone calls and emails. Even if you call corporate to make a complaint to handle theypawn you off the department where you a problem. The don't respond to emails. The company does not fulfill the contract that you sign with them. I hope who ever uses this company has a better experience than my family. If I could go give 0 star I would
Martha C.So I understand that getting someone to come on a weekend is tough but this company did not tell us from the getgo that having to go to Lowes's to get some parts meant an additional $177. We picked them because they assured us their technicians carry the parts. Seriously he only had to go down 4 miles to Lowe's to get what he needed. What should have been a $300 job turned into a $599. Thermo coupling replacement for our water heater. Don't get me wrong, I am happy we have hot water tonight but they did not tell us from the beginning what was the cost nor given us alternatives. Will never use again !
