Melissa B.Roto-Rooter technicians are independent contractors. They don't work directly for Roto-Rooter. It's basically like Uber but for plumbers. A dispatcher called and told me a tech would be coming to my house right now at about 130pm. The tech finally shows up after 4pm. The technician then asks to borrow my ladder because apparently his ladder got stolen. The technician then confirmed there was a leak in my tub and charged me $132 for less than 20 minutes of his time. The more research I do the more I realize you are better off going with a reputable independent contractor that doesn't work for one of these popular big-name companies. All these popular companies do is waste your whole day waiting around and charge you exorbitant fees and upsells and there's no guarantee the work will be done correctly.
R F.Paying over $3000 for a hot water heater you should expect it to work. After it malfunctioning all weekend this company could not be bothered to address the issue for two days. They were quick when they wanted my money but slow to unresponsive when it came to fixing their mistake. Avoid them at all costs.

They do amazing work, and have amazing people skills. They are honest and truthful when it comes to the plumbing issues, and they do not try to rip you off by adding on random small other issues.
Darius and Henry were the two plumbers that came out and they were amazing. Thank you both so very much, it is deeply appreciated. This issue was on going for over a year and you fixed it within a matter of hours!
Please anyone in the area call them first!! They can get the job done within the same day!
