Spencer T was excellent. He was very nice and helpful and did a thorough job. I would definitely have Roto Rooter come back out to clean out our downspout ground drains! The price was also very reasonable.

I had a plugged sewer system and Drake came to the house very quickly and looked at the issues, realized it was a complicated situation. He made arrangements to come back the next morning and was here with Cameron and crew to begin repairs. I was relieved that the found other issues besides the sewer problem and they repaired a waterline that would have soon fallen apart. They were all very efficient and fast, but also kind and patient heling me get information to the finance company for the cost. I am grateful to them for solving the problems they ran into

I set up an appointment with them today and they said they would come between 12-2pm. I waited at my house until 2:30 and called the office. They told me I would have to just cancel the appointment and didn't say sorry or that they would reschedule. Meanwhile my entire basement was flooding as I waited for someone to show up. It was very inconsiderate and they didn't even call to say no one would be coming. Will never call roto rooter again.
