As a drain cleaning company I would not recommend them. They knew what was needed prior to them being scheduled. Then they said I would still have to pay a $250 "evaluation charge" and charged me a total of $480 +- to run a "snake" 53'.

The work was ok, plumber was at my house for less than an hour to replace a water heater pressure valve and charged me $587.00 I was chocked and had no choice but to pay as he had originally said $418 which I already thought it was expensive. No wonder they don't provide fees or charges over the phone. It's a scam don't use these folks it's all about making money and not helping the community with their needs.

I had a service request in and the technician was on the way when I got a call saying he had to be rerouted to another job. I stated we had been without water for three days, "what takes precedence over that?"She said, "It is a business, ma'am." I told her we would be finding someplace else since they don't prioritize who called first. They could have sent another technician to that job so that we could get our water turned back on again. I am not happy at all with how we were treated. I will never be calling Roto-Rooter again!

HORRIBLE company. They screw you over with the payment and demand payment from you even though you did not file a claim with them. when a plumber call them to come and dry out your house. they put your name on the bill and not the said plumber then they send the bill to collections and put a lien on your house because said plumber never paid the bill even though multiple attempts happen with the plumber and his insurance. Rotor Rooter WILL never work with you.

I called several plumbers last night, because a Spicket outside my house had a galvanized pipe that rusted and gushed water out. It was a simple fix, if I had the materials and wanted to mess with it, but I called several Emergency Plumbers and most said the soonest they could get there was in the morning, so much for 24 hour Emergency services. Roto-Rooter claimed they could get someone out within the hour, but it was a $99.00 service charge, I said fine as long as they can fix it tonight, this was at 6:30pm. 7:45pmarrives and I do get call, and they said that they are running a little behind, how late can we call you, I said all nigh I have 5 children and a wife that can not use the restroom. (pm comes I get call that no one will be available until tomorrow between 10 and 2 pm. They knew that no one was available, or they are just that incompetent, either way I told them to forget it. They pull this stunt so you will stop calling other plumbers.

I was able to repair it at 8am that morning in an hour for $40.00 in parts an supplies. So in a way they did me a favor, because they would have poked my eyes out, if $99.00 is their starting price. I would have paid a $1000.00 to have it fixed that night.

We had an emergency tonight .. and Soel B. was so kind, courteou, polite, and just amazing.. he fixed our issue and made sure everything was working properly.. SOEL I CANT THINK YOU ENOUGH.. for your time and service!! I am thankful we had such an amazing plumber/employee help us!! Thank you for what you do!!

Do not call this company for plumbing services. They promise appointments and then call and say they have unforeseen circumstances and do not honor their appointments. This is the second time they have done this to me. I do not recommend their services. They also are not 24/7 as advertised.

He did a great job on 2 large area rugs and and recliner that was in need of deep cleaning.

Horrible service overpromising. We have been trying to get Roto router to come to the house for an emergency for over five hours. The first call they promised they would be there within an hour. But we just keep getting confirmation calls every 30 to 45 minutes. We don't need to keep confirming we just need them to come out

This is just replumbing and not a total water heater installation and not the pop off valve. . Just the brass and stainless piping. Does it look like a $700 job to you?
