Our plumber (Adam) diagnosed our problem was a hard clog that couldn't be broken down. He had to dig up the pipe in order to fix the issue. His excavation guys didn't show up but rather than postpone the work Adam took it upon himself to do all the work himself digging included. It was a hot day but never once did he complain. Adam worked hard the entire time and even though he was by himself he still managed to finish everything at the time he said he would and didn't take any shortcuts in any of his work. That was one of the most honest days work I've ever witnessed. If my opinion as a satisfied customer means anything, Adam deserves a raise or a promotion and because of him I'll gladly use this company again and recommend them to others!

If I could I would give this place zero stars. I called this place to fix a clogged toilet that I have tryed to auger and plung with no success. So in my mind leave it to the pros to fix. So they arrive and come to my house for no more than 10 min most of the time was bringing the auger to the bathroom. First attempt the snake would only go so far and they pulled it out and where done. Said we need a new toilet and that would cost $600. So I declined I can go buy one myself for less than half that quote. But the funny part is they want to be paid for doing nothing .the issue was not even fixed no second attempt. I would happily pay a fee for them coming out but to pay the full amount for saying they tryed to fix it come on fix the issue and I pay you or at least try for an hour. Regret ever calling these folks.

Used Roto-Rooter to replace a kitchen faucet. First, the phone is answered immediately and a time set to take care of any problem. Chris was on time both times (estimate and actual job), efficient, and kept work within the estimate. Would recommend without hesitation.

I had to have another plumber come out to help me after my first service call..(Marty). He was absolutely wonderful!! He took his time and listened to my concerns and the problem I was having with my toilet. He cleaned up after himself and most importantly had me to comeback and listen for the drip in the tank!!

Wonderful attitude, professional, and cleaned up before he left. He did not track any mud, dirt in my home and did not walk pass the rug on the front door after he wrote up a ticket, because he left his cover ups in the truck

Had a backup in the house on a Sunday over Labor Day weekend! We called and Chris came out very quickly and got it flushed so we could enjoy the rest of our weekend. We had additional work done this week to fix the problem and the team was polite and did a great job.

We called Roto Rooter early on a Saturday morning with an Emergency sewer issue causing a stinking mess in our laundry room. The customer service at Roto Rooter was amazing! We had a service technician at our property within 2 hours. Our technician, Daniel was very proffesional amd tepaired our line quickly. The price for an emergency callout was very reasonable and comes with a guarantee. We are very happy with Roto Rooter.

I called Roto-Rooter located in Kemah to fix a collapsed drainage pipe in my side yard. After 4hours and $1,000, technicians left me with clay/dirt sloppily piled onto the repair area. After my complaint to the main office, the technician returned the next morning ... I asked if that was the quality of work customers could expect from Roto-Rooter, and his simple answer "yes",

I turned on my sprinkler system for the first time this morning, and now have a fountain gushing out of the repair.

Don't waste your time or money with these guys.

I called Roto Rooter for a clogged drain. Their specialty, right? Technician was unsuccessful. He never tried to or recommended that he should snake through the vent pipe of the double sinks, which is what I found out to be a basic trouble shooting step. Instead he left after charging me a ridiculous price AND leaving an estimate for $3,475 to 4,800 to dig a 12' long and 4'x4' tunnel under my slab to repair a "suspected collapsed pipe". So, I sought a second pinion and they quickly fixed the clogged drain without digging under my house...... The invoice left states, "Rely on the experts at Roto Rooter for complete plumbing and drain services".... This is misleading marketing. Do NOT call Roto Rooter. My problem was basic clogged drain 101 and they FAILED! The recommended repair would NOT have fixed the problem and only would have created more problems. There are other service providers, so avoid Roto Rooter.
