These guys are not full-service plumbers. I needed them to go on roof and in attic and they wouldn't. Useless.

I had just moved into my home, and my plumbing backed up. It was a mess! I called Roto Rooter, and they came out within hours. The gentleman who showed up got out his rooter machine and tried finding the clog. 1st, he went through the toilets and showers, and nothing happened. He then asked me where my clean out was. Well, I had no idea, but thank God my daughter-in-law was here. She went out in the backyard and, after moving some leaves with her foot, found it underneath the bathroom window. After using his rooter in the cleanout and not finding anything, he suggested he call back to his company and have the sewer camera guy come out. Mind you, the $'s are running through my mind. The cameraman didn't find anything and suggested the next step would be bringing in a backhoe and digging up my backyard........Uh, NO! They were talking thousands of dollars, including needing to go into the neighbors yard.
After all of this and getting a second opinion, it took them over a week to show me the footage from the camera, only after many calls to supervisors.

Don't bother to call these guys. My kitchen faucet stopped working on Saturday, very abruptly, so I made an appointment for them to come out Sunday. The time window comes and goes and no one bother to call me, no call no show. So I called back and had rescheduled for Monday. This time a technician calls me and says he'll be at my home within 45 min. He doesn't show up and doesn't bother to call me to tell me so. I call back and set up a time for them to come on Monday. The guy shows up and looks at my sink for 15 seconds and says there's nothing he can do. Most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.

I called Roto Rooters about a blocked drain. The dispatch person said it was free for a technician to come out and diagnose the situation. She said I wouldn't pay anything unless I agreed to the work that was suggested. When the techs arrived, they were very nice and seemed knowledgeable but they said I would have to pay a $200 fee for them just to show up. When I told them what the dispatch person said he said they've been having that problem with the dispatch. Roto Rooters need to get that together. I doubt they meant to intentionally deceive me but I was told explicitly that the initial consultation was free.

The tech called his manager and the manager decided not to charge anything because of the mix up.

Charged us $300 to snake an upstairs sink! Not sure if this is the correct Roto Rooter location as the invoice states it's on Sam Houston Parkway

Had a plumbing back up recently. Called a plumber they couldn't come out same day so by default called roto rooter. They were very responsive less than an hour. The tech was super polite gave me the run down of the prices of services if he has to do certain things. He was able to run a snake down the clean out line outside and free the obstruction relatively fast. Then he ran a camera down the drain line to discover there were some other issues with the drain line some roots from trees in the yard had broken through the lines and was going to be a problem
He called another tech to come and scope it out again and he'd give me an estimate on the repair. The second tech I'll call him red neck gave me an estimate of a number that I could have purchased a used car with. With that said I called other people for estimates next guy was about half rooters price the third guy was half the second guys price and about a third of rooters estimate. So get other estimates. They're good for a quick unclog that's about all.

Our kitchen sink clogged called Roto Rooter at 10 pm they made an appt. between 8 am - 10am the next day. Roto-Rooter called at 7 am the next morning to say they were on there way. They were at our house by 7:45am in 30 minutes they were done. 2 Friendly & efficient plumbers. They followed all Covid guidelines. I know Roto costs a little more but their service is 2nd to none. The last
time my sink clogged I called another company they gave me a $99.00 price. By the time they got done it cost us $600.00. Be careful.

Easy 1 inch ball valve repair with very easy access. It really doesn't get any easier than this. Quote was excessive (nearly $600) and only covered labor, parts would be at an additional cost, which was also quoted very high (from what I found available online and at local retailers). When not happy with the quote the plumber essentially recommended I fix it myself - which I went ahead and did, in less than an hour. Paid my $69 show up fee - for nothing. I'll certainly be getting my plumbing services elsewhere in the future.
