There's really no need to fumble through the list of plumbers when all you have to do is call this company. I have dealt with three different technicians here and they were all extremely helpful, with great personal service skills. They were knowledgeable of the issues, they worked in a timely manner, and they fixed my plumbing issues. My sincere appreciation to Alex who was my technician today. He was excellent!

I contacted this company today to get a service appointment around 7:30 AM. I was advised that a service appointment was confirmed from 8 AM to 9 AM and would receive a call to confirm the arrival of the plumber. I never received a call. I then had to call back at 9:10 AM asking about my appointment scheduled. The customer service agent then apologized and transferred me to the dispatcher. The dispatcher then tells me that have to validate with the proper manager for the service appointment prior to arriving onsite. I advised the dispatcher that the property manager was already notified prior, that's why I was able to confirm an appointment. Upon me mentioning that to the dispatcher, she proceeds to raise her voice at me and talk down on me because I advised her the step was already completed. These people are not only inconsiderate of people's time but also very unprofessional and rude. That dispatcher should not be customer facing with mannerisms like that, it was extremely uncalled for and very unacceptable.

I had a faucet break yesterday and water leaking. I called RotoRooter for emergency service. The plumber wanted about $1000! I told him no and that I would search elsewhere for service. There was a $99 charge anyway. What a waste of time. VERY disappointing. Don't bother calling them if you need emergency service unless you don't care about the cost.

Hey guys I know you remember me. You guys gave the police knock when you came to my door and even smiled when you told me that you did it. You guys kept assuring me that the insurance was going to cover the damage. it was a small leak. it wasnt that bad just a small puddle on the floor. you ripped out my flooring, even the lenolium. you tore a hold in my ceiling and smiled the entire time saying dont worry this is covered by insurance. then you told me it would cost $10,000 to repair. I let you do it and I trusted you. Well the insuranced denied the claim. I knew they would. I even told one of your people that I think its from a leak in the shower pan. He said dont worry its covered by insurance. Well I paid you over $4000 for all that damage. I had some one else fix the hole in the ceiling. He took my paint and came back and instead of the paint I gave him. It was pink. Infact all the paint in my garage was pink after he left. He showed me that it was the right color he painted on the wall to show me. that he had the right color. Thank you for you help and friendship. I was arrested, placed in jail for 3 days, in a mental hospital for 45 days because INTEL LIED UNDER OATH IN A COURT OF LAW. I went homeless. I lost everything. I did not get a dime from the house. Now, I'm in Dallas and I get evicted in 6 days. I'll be homeless a 4th time just because none of you would ever tell the TRUTH. Enjoy yourselves, Thanks for all of your help and friendliness.

I had repair work done to my foundation and in order for the warranty to be valid, I had a limited amount of time to have a hydrostatic pressure test done to ensure there were no leaks. I called Roto-Rooter to do the test for me.
On my first try they sent out someone with the wrong equipment and I was told I'd need to reschedule.
The second try, I scheduled a window from 9am to noon, and was told I'd get a 30 minute call-ahead since it's not my main residence and I'd have to drive there to meet them. I moved all my meetings to the afternoon so I'd be available for them. I never got a call, and no one ever came out. I called to see what happened and was told that maybe some one could come out later in the afternoon. Since I my afternoon was packed due to rearranging my schedule for them I couldn't do the afternoon. They apologized and gave me another day when they could come out in the morning.
The THIRD attempt was again a 9-noon window. Again I rearranged my schedule for them. No call, no show. At this point I was running out of time and ready to give up on them and try someone else, but they assured me that they would *definitely* have someone who could come out between 9am and 10am the next Monday, for sure. With those assurances and a more specific window I rescheduled again.
For the FOURTH(!!!) appointment, by 9:30 I hadn't received my 30 minute call-ahead, so I called them and was told that I could expect to hear from them in an hour or two. I told them that's not what we'd agreed to and the response was that these appointment times are not binding, regardless of whether they'd said it would definitely for sure happen during this hour this time. Not only did they not come on time, they never called and never showed up at all.
I finally called Mr. Rooter (no relation) and they scheduled service for the next morning, showed up on time, and performed the service with no fuss, no drama, and no excuses.
If you value your time do not use this company because I can guarantee you that they won't!

Under average receptionist, good dispatch and friendly technician. I understand you pay for technicians years of knowledge and expertise as I am an automotive technician, but $610 for labor to replace an basic expansion tank that took 30 minutes in total is a bit outrageous Good work, but would likely never use again.

Their work could be 5/5 but their dispatch is 0/5. First I want to say, the technician who did my job was very professional and knowledgeable. This review is NOT for the technician but their scheduling team/dispatch team or whoever is responsible for it.....Here is my story...I was scheduled for a certain day and then it was pushed by them by 2 days at last moment.We agreed, on Day 3 they did not show up in dedicated time and my tenants were getting impatient when they didnt come hours after agreed window.... I then decided not to trust their timeline any more and was on phone with dispatch team for 6-7 hours following up after every 30 min because their story and timeline kept on changing. Sometimes it was the technician is not available, sometimes it was they have already send someone 45 min and noone reached even after 2 hours and sometimes it was we will get to you when we get to you. Now, the same thing is happening for the after service field inspection but I am not going to waste more time on phone. The field agent was supposed to go to my house with camera on Monday 8/23/2021 to check if Technician did the job correctly. When he didn't show on dedicated time, I called them once, they said they will talk to the team and someone would call me since another department handles camera/field visit. I have been waiting for weeks and no call....I am not going to call them anymore and drive myself crazy while I hear the same stories again...but they do owe me a visit and I owe them this review now and a 1 star rating for poor communication and timeline mismanagement.
