10-3-23: I had a couple tubs and toilet that would not drain so we called Roto-Rooter. They came out and tried but were unable to clear the drain. They showed me a video from inside the pipe and said I had a broken drain pipe under my foundation. I could not see what he was saying was a broken pipe, but he insisted that we needed to have it repaired by tunneling under the house. He charged me $687 for unsuccessfully attempting to clear the drain, and gave me a proposal for $15,000 to do the tunneling repair. I decided to have another company come and give a second opinion. They cleared the drain within an hour with no indication of a broken pipe and charged me far less than Roto-Rooter. I've tried calling no less than a dozen times to speak to the manager of the local branch, left my info several times and was told I'd get a call back soon. This never happened.

***UPDATE 10-12-23 - I finally got a call back from the manager today. I reviewed the issue with him and he agreed to give me a full refund and apologized for the issue. Originally had this at a 1 star, but they did the right thing.
