The service was great and the job very professional - that is, excellent work. Yet, the cost was exorbitantly high and I was in a bind so I agreed. My bad. If the price was reasonable, I would have given 5 stars. Be aware of the high cost when they see you in a bind.

This is the best service we've ever gotten ! It was done on 07/06/18 by Humberto and another plumber who used a camara to better find the root of the problem. They were very professional, courteous, and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Will definitely referred them to all our friends and family! Thank you for a job well done!!

Great service, Edgar fully explained everything and fixed the foundation leak, do yourself a favor and Call RR first. I called four other plumbers i found on Home Advisor, and not one of them actually pinpointed the leak like RR did. RR used infrared and some other sonar to find the exact location of the leak. Every other contractor used the old guessing game, also every contractor gave me a quote on how to fix a leak that none of them actually found, I will be using RR from now on!

My friend and I changed out a garbage disposal in my kitchen sink. Unfortunately, we did something wrong (don't know exactly what we did) and low and behold, there was a leak. After failed attempts at fixing it, we had to admit that we had no idea what we were doing. So I called Roto Rooter. The lady that I spoke with was very pleasant and professional. I explained what my friend and I had done and she had a service tech at my home in 30 minutes. The Tech's name was Ricardo. What impressed me even before Ricardo stepped into my house was that he put coverings over his shoes so he didn't trek dirt on my carpets. Ricardo was awesome- before he began any work, he explained what we had done wrong, but in a very professional way (while showing me where the leak was coming from). He fixed the problem in 20 minutes and ran a couple of tests to make sure that the pipes were not leaking before he left. Thank you Roto Rooter for fixing the leak- I can now run my dishwasher with confidence!

I used them to fix clogs, and they were great. One guy pointed out that I needed a new sink in my bathroom, and when I got it, I should call and they'd put it in for me. I called this morning and was so rudely told that they would not put the sink in. They will do the pipes but anything that is not a pipe they won't do, including bolting a sink to a wall. Yes, I asked this directly, because I was so surprised. I asked them why they don't just say "we don't install anything" because part of the word "install" means "affix" which means bolting the sink to the wall, and words have meaning. He was rude talking to me like I'm some crazy woman. I am not calling them again.

Pricey, but boy are they professional! Showed up on time, despite short notice. Ricardo was the definition of professional. He even wore rubber shoe covers to avoid tracking in dirt. The workmanship was excellent, and that's hard to find in El Paso.

Wow what piss poor service. Waited 6 hours for these guys to show up.
Upon the 7th hour I thought why does this company deserve my hard earned money uhm....... because it doesn't. How in the hell are you going to charge a premium rate and still take 7 plus hours to get there. Thanks roto-rooter for wasting a entire work day. So i called another plumber who showed up in 45 minutes "imagine that" they actually came when they said they would. F U rotoroter, no duce up to you (that be 2 middle fingers) roto-rooter . I should have read the reviews before calling these clowns.

I'd like to thank Sheila at Roto Rooter Corporate HQ. I do realize that Roto Rooter will respond and be available when people need plumbing services. I thank you for listening and taking action to resolve my concern. It made me very happy to receive a partial refund. I believe Sheila did her best to make things right and I appreciate that.

Don't let their name mislead you. If you want cheap go somewhere else. These are master licensed plumbers doing complicated plumbing jobs. Call George the handyman if all you want is a snake run through a clean out. We called them for a routine clogged drain. Turned out that our 60 year old pipes made of cast iron had corroded, cracked and broken under our foundation. So major work began after insurance assessment and approval. The RR team was polite, professional and highly technically competent. They worked very hard and long hours to get the work done quickly since we had to bail to a hotel during nights while I sat alone in the house during the workday. Doggie couldn't handle the jackhammer noise. It was expensive even with insurance help but the work is guaranteed-parts and labor for 15 years. The work is complete, all is normal at Casa Morrow and we couldn't be happier with the work they did. I will highly recommend Roto Rooter Plumbing for all your needs. And no they are not the Walmart of plumbers. They are the Nordstrom's.

I had a front yard leak whose source was easily identified by myself. It was not a gusher, but released enough water to warrant a rapid response. To quote Tanya W. "Roto Rooter will always be there for you....but the bad news is you better have Roto-Rooter money". $$$$$. totally agree with her post. Timely response to my problem. Quoted $750 for the repair. I sighed deeply and gave authorization. The serviceman "excavated" my small yard rock, dug up the dirt in a small area to reveal my shallow buried piping, found a small hole in the existing copper pipe, repaired it with a 5 inch section of thicker pipe, then closed the yard defect. 'Excavation" fee was $550 for what I was told took 90-120 min max. That is minimum of $275/hour to move rock and dig up a small section of pipe and close the defect alone !! Wow, I may quit my job as a Doctor and take up plumbing. Service person never bothered to sweep up dirt on sidewalk from water runoff, or return my ceramic bowl to my hands that I used to bail water at the cut off valve. Poor attention to the details. Successful repair, so I now move on and eat out less for a while.
